A woman has managed to have £46,000s' worth of surgery in order to turn excess skin flaps into DD boobs.
It's the 21st century guys, it's possible.
Tanya Benedict, 35, weighed an unreal 27 stone before spending the next two years dropping to a size 14 thanks to HCG, a hormone that limits hunger felt by the body.
However, having lost the weight, she was still suffering crippling back pains thanks to huge flabs of loose skin all over her body.
Last September Tanya, from Yuma, Arizona, was tucking her flab into an A-cup bra before her life-changing surgery.

A full 30lbs of loose skin was removed from her stomach, back, bum, arms and thighs in order to make that happen.
She's now a size 12 and pretty much starting her life all over again.

"My excess skin hung everywhere, from my waistline to my back, to my thighs and my arms, even my bum had a four inch overhang of skin beneath my shorts," the childcare worker said.
"Before I couldn't express myself because of my painful, uncomfortable and embarrassing loose skin but now I'm free and feel like an 18 year old all over again."
