Lads Bump Into Barking Dog Man And Get Him To Recreate Iconic Growl

"They came bounding over..."

A group of lads filmed the moment they met Ray Graham, aka Barking Dog Man, who was more than willing to recreate his iconic growl for them. You can watch the hilarious clip below:

For those not in the know, Ray rose to online fame back in 2010 with his enthusiastic description of two angry dogs that were terrorising his neighbourhood.

Ray gave his spirited portrayal of the pooches during an interview for an Australian news channel, recounting his close call with two aggressive dogs running off their leads in Marsfield, New South Wales.

While it’s been over ten years since his viral interview, it appears he still gets stopped in the street by fans.

The resurfaced video was shared on the TikTok page @ausclips, with the caption: “Dog man returns.”

Kicking off with the OG interview, it then cuts to footage taken by passersby in 2020, showing our beloved Barking Dog Man recreating his famous growl.

The surrounding lads were in absolute stitches, as were the various TikTok users who commented on the post.

Speaking about Ray, one wrote: “Aussie legend he is."

Another said: “Imagine encountering him tho do you know how cool that would be.”

Still an absolute legend.

Others highlighted how well Ray has aged over the years. One said: “He hasn't aged. What's his secret?”

Maybe it’s the fact that he’s just an all-round legend who’s up for a good laugh?

Back in 2019, the internet sensation, who was 66 years old at the time, spoke to Daily Mail Australia about his life post-bark, revealing that he still gets stopped for selfies on the street.

Ray said: “I get noticed in the street, not as much now, but it still happens.

“Just the other week I was out shopping with [his wife] Kerry and these two guys started after us and we thought they were going to mug us but all they wanted was just a photo!

“They always want to take a photo and sometimes I sort of bark at them - they really love that.

“It's been all positive, there's been no downside, but it has definitely changed my life.”

Kerry became a bit of a celebrity herself, most notably because of her expression that suggested both 'Jesus, Ray, not this s*** again' and 'good God, am I married to this guy?'

Turns out she wasn’t thinking any of these things, as she shared in a follow-up interview with A Current Affair.

"He was just so emotional and it just came out,” she said. “He is a person who's emotional."

Ray added: "It was something I've never done before - it was casual, informal, off the bat. It was good, wasn't it? I just love the way it was done."

Ray, it wasn't just good - it was certifiably epic and still, to this day, brings joy to people around the world.
