Bodybuilder Shows Off Remarkable Figure With Chest Twice As Wide As Waist

Andrzej Tomalski only started his fitness journey a few years ago, but his results are seriously impressive

A bodybuilder has sculpted himself a pretty out-there figure and now has a waist that is almost half the size of his huge chest. Take a look at him in action below:

He’s called Andrzej Tomalski and he’s a fitness fanatic based out of Belfast who is capable of lifting weights of around 400 pounds.

That’s a lot to be shifting for anyone.

However, perhaps more interestingly, he has a 46-inch chest that looks quite striking when you look at the tiny waist that he has.

There doesn’t seem to be an ounce of fat on the guy.

As you can seen, Andrzej is absolutely jacked.

Even more impressive is the fact that he’s not been at the bodybuilding for that long, having started out in the gym just nine years ago.

The 26-year-old got hooked after his first few visits and used it as a way to transform his image.

Still, he’s had problems with his family as a result of his choice to pursue fitness as a career.

The Polish native explained: “My parents were never happy about my passion and love for bodybuilding, and I never had any support.

“They were saying it’s a ‘stupid dream’. I was already getting profits from this sport, but it didn’t change their minds.

“I moved out to the UK three years ago to chase my bodybuilding dreams and career, and we didn’t speak for years.”

His transformation has taken nine years.

Andrzej now competes in competitions to show off his progress, working especially hard – as you can see – on his shoulders.

He continued: “After my first two or three months of training, I realised that my shoulders grow much quicker than most other people’s,’ he says.

“They’re also one of the most important body parts for achieving this V-taper illusion.”

Obviously, it’s a lot of hard work for him.

Discussing how he managed to achieve his fitness goals, he said: “My diet is the biggest change here,’ he says. ‘No sweets, sugar, no unhealthy food or drinks or any alcohol.

“I have seven meals every day, mostly rice, chicken, fish – all of the best possible quality I can get. Basically, every day I have the same food and meals.

“There are no secrets or mysteries. Consistent, really hard, everyday work and dieting. There are no shortcuts, just pure work and dedication.”

Whilst he does attract a fair bit of attention for his looks, not all of it is positive.

He also maintains that his dedicated lifestyle means he’s not looking for a relationship.

Andrzej said: “People are amazed by my muscles, usually asking how I did it, they cheer me on and motivate me and I love that.

“However, the whole bodybuilding lifestyle is very specific and it’s very challenging for a relationship, especially during competition time – no restaurants, constant dieting, spending every day in the gym."

He now enters bodybuilding competitions.

“I have had a lot of hate, mostly when I was in Poland or on social media.

“Usually they’re just jealous, saying everything is fake and stupid, and that I’m not impressing anyone with my muscles.

“To be honest, the hate is a huge motivation for me and a sign that I’m going in the right direction.”
