Not only that, but you'll travel to Italy for free and won't have to pay for accommodation

While we all need money to live, hauling yourself to work every day and sitting behind a desk for eight hours can be a real pain. You see people on the Internet having a ball doing weird and whacky things for jobs and you wish that that could be you.

Well, if you're a Harry Potter fan and feel that your true potential isn't being fully realised, then maybe you just haven't found the right calling... until now.

A job has been posted on the app Airtasker, which gives people a platform to pay others for random, strange and cool projects.

The UK Quidditch team is heading to Florence, Italy for the World Cup, where they're hoping to perform better than third place last year.

They're looking for two people to work as runners for the team, which involves 'watching the games from the sidelines, as close to the action as possible, helping with water, delivering messages and anything our coach needs'.

Thankfully, experience is not necessarily.

Not only will the team pay for your plane ticket to Italy, your accommodation and some expenses, but they'll also give you £600.

Umm, hello, where do we sign up?

The job posting says: "We're on form, we're fully trained and we're ready to take on the best of the best. Last year we won bronze, but we're soaring and ready to snatch gold from the reigning world champs, the Australian Dropbears.

"The finals are only weeks away and everything is organised, except for one problem: we need some assistance in Italy."

They're heading over to Florence on 29 June and return on 2 July, so if you've got a few days spare and love the Hogwarts game then why the hell wouldn't you apply?

You better get in quick because there have been several applications already, all with some decent candidates so far.

You're probably wondering how the hell Muggles play quidditch when there's no flying broomsticks or magical balls.

Well, the golden snitch is a tennis ball hidden in a long sock that's attached to the shorts of an impartial person dressed in yellow. Players can get 10 points by getting a deflated volleyball (quaffle) through one of three hoops and opposing athletes can use a dodgeball to knock out the quaffle.

So if you've ever wanted to go to Italy and live out your Harry Potter fantasies then go and sign up.
