Poshest Student Housing Revealed And It Costs £15k A Month

Poshest Student Housing Revealed And It Costs £15k A Month

Located slap bang in the middle of London, this is one student house you wouldn't want to wreck

This property in London is possibly the nicest 'student house' you've ever seen - but if you want to live in it it's going to set you back a cool £15,000 a month.

Agency Student Luxe London specialise in providing those students with bigger budgets with more private and luxurious places to live and study, but even by their standards this one takes some beating.

Situated in Holborn, central London, Lincoln's Inn is close to two universities – LSE and London College of Fashion.

Student Luxe writes that its 'split into a reception and living area, kitchen, guest bathroom, master & second bedroom (both with en-suites)'.

It continues: "Exquisite living areas and an impressive Nolte Küchen kitchen. Silestone quartz worktop islands with additional breakfast bar seating - this apartment has it all.

"High-spec Miele appliances and under-counter wine coolers. 4k HD TVs, extravagant wardrobes and work desks.

"Bathrooms with majestic monaco frameless glass - the master with a decadent Roman bathtub and shower room, and the second with a shower-over bath."

It certainly beats cramming a bunch of you and your mates into a grotty terrace house or basement apartment complete with mould and a conked out oven.

The location really is incredible too. London School of Economics, BPP University London and University of the Arts London are all just a five minute walk away, while King's College, Pearson College and the University of London are all less than 15 minutes away.

It's also less than a 10-minute walk from Covent Garden and right in the middle of London - allowing students access to some of the finest attractions, bars and restaurants the capital has to offer. If they can afford any of them after spending a chunky £3,575 a week on rent, that is.

The price of the three-bedroom house includes all bills, weekly housekeeping, replenished essentials (including Nespresso coffee pods and bed linens) and access to an elevator. Bargain!

Talking to The Tab, Student Luxe London's managing director, Josh Dananof, said: “Student Luxe offer a luxury, turnkey, flexible accommodation solution for students, primarily to the overseas market, for stays as short as one semester.

“A few main features of our service include twenty-four-seven concierge and maintenance, fully serviced and equipped apartments, weekly housekeeping with fresh linen and towels, and locations within walking distance to London’s top universities.”

The Rightmove listing of the property says 'flexible contracts' are available, and 'no UK guarantor [is] required'.

To say that this would be one boujee student dig is something of an understatement, but for those who can afford it, it's certainly better than your average university living experience.
