Horse Tries To Get Served At McDonald's Then Poos In Doorway

Usually if there's a queue at the Maccies drive-thru, you've got no choice but to suck it up and wait it out. But one guy was so keen for his dinner that he took his horse into the restaurant.

Yes, you read that right. A full size, real life horse - and thankfully it was caught on camera.

The driver had gotten sick of waiting in the queue like everyone else, and decided to direct his horse in through the front doors of the restaurant. As if that wasn't quite enough, the horse then dropped off a nice big poo right in the doorway. How appetising for the other waiting customers.

In the video, the prankster, thought to belong to a group of travellers living nearby, can be heard 'translating' his horse's 'order' for McDonald's staff inside.

"He wants a double cheeseburger," he said. "Check his mouth, his card's in there. It's contactless."

Onlookers can be heard laughing at the incident, which took place outside the fast food outlet at the Two Rivers Shopping Centre in Staines, Middlesex, last Thursday afternoon (30 May).

A 26-year-old local man who recorded the footage said: "It was funny. It's once in a lifetime seeing a horse go into McDonald's."

The man, who didn't want to be named, added: "I'm a cabbie and was waiting for customers when I saw the pony and trap pull up.

"I saw them trying to get into the drive-thru, but it was busy so they went to the main door."

At one point in the clip, the large grey horse starts to back off, but then the driver directs it further into the restaurant. Two shocked staff members then appear to usher the animal back out.

The horse then does its filthy, filthy business before being pulled back by the driver, and soon enough they and another horse and trap all trot off into the distance, leaving the poor Maccies staff to clean up the mess.

Speaking to Surrey Live, Manir Mohammed, one of the managers at the restaurant, said: "They came through the drive-thru on their horses and ordered two drinks from the side window. They paid for the two drinks and then went to the collection point and said they had another order, which was the car behind's order.

"They listed what was in the order after looking at the screen and one of the staff members gave them the bag of food without realising they hadn't paid for it."

He added: "Everyone was shocked. People were calling the guys 'idiots' and lots of people were taking pictures and videos."
