People think they can see a man walking through the clouds in incredible footage

Some reckon it's a sign from the Almighty himself

Sitting and looking up at the clouds is, in theory, a wholesome activity. But let’s be honest, it either ends up getting boring pretty quickly or just leads to arguments about what you can and can’t see.

Usually, those debates are about the shapes of the clouds themselves, not what’s in them. And yet people reckon they can see a man walking through the clouds in an incredible video.

The footage previously went viral as people were adamant they could see the figure strolling up above in the sky. This then led to the claim that the person was in fact ‘God’ as it became a bit of an optical illusion.

Yep, people really think it looks like it. Take a look for yourself:

The video first did the rounds on social media when a woman from Alabama, called Solo Dolo, uploaded it to Facebook.

It appears to show a mysterious figure 'walking' across a bright patch of sky during a storm, leaving many people scratching their heads ever since.

Solo had taken to Facebook Live to stream a powerful storm going on outside her house, and never actually noticed the strange presence when she first filmed it.

During the video, she says: "Hey, we've got a storm over here. We got no power, everything blowing over here, boxes, trees."

The footage appears to show a figure.

Then, even though she has no idea what the eventual footage shows, she pans the camera over to a singular bright break in the heavy clouds.

"Look at that hole right in the sky... that's who's got the power," she said.

"He got us covered at least, we're alright."

Although Solo didn't notice at the time, people swiftly pointed out that there was a shadowy, humanoid figure appearing to walk towards and then past the bright gap in the clouds.

It looks like a tall figure with arms and legs, walking upright.

Solo's friend Lisa was the one who first pointed out to her that there was something strange in the video.

On Facebook, Solo said: "Can't tell me my God ain't real! Thank you God for using Lisa StandAlone Baker to reveal this to me. To see this is to believe this."

People sharing the video on X were equally amazed, with some taking it as a sign of the Almighty.

One person said: "GOD IS COMING... Someone is walking in the clouds."

But others weren't so sure, with one user replying: "Man, I watched the video more than seven times, I don't see anything... maybe it's my phone. I don't know."

Was it a sign from God, or was it simply a weird weather phenomenon? Was it just a trick of the camera or lighting? Or, more likely, will this video just remain one of life's viral mysteries?
