Man Shares ‘Flip A Switch’ Moment When He Knew He Was Getting Old

A man has shared the incredible moment that he discovered what his 'flip a switch' moment was, and realised he had a 'McDuty' to the younger generation:

In the stitch, a woman can be seen asking TikToker's what their 'flip of the switch moment' was, saying: "What was that flip of a switch moment that permanently changed your life or perspective?"

We can only assume that the woman said something flippant, because nothing is as life-changing as what TikTok user Jordan_the_stallion8 discovered about himself.

He begins to tell the story that explains a time when he realised that he had truly matured, and became somewhat of a role model to the younger generations.

His moment began: "Oh god that flip of the switch moment for me was when I realised that when we get older we are meant to replace."

And what does he mean by this? Jordan goes on to passionately set the scene for the time he simply knew he was put on this planet to make a difference to the lives of others.

He explained: "And what I mean by that is I always thought I was going to be the kid asking for McDonald's, until one day, I was driving my little cousin back home and he said from the back seat 'can we get McDonald's?' and guess what I said reactionary.

"We'll say it together, I said 'do you have McDonald's money?' then at that point I was like 'it's time now, I need to take the mantel'.

"Because at that point, he was so sad and McDonald's was a right hand turn and home was a left turn."

He goes on to elaborate on what it truly means to discover your destiny on the planet.

"I then started turning right toward McDonald's, and he got so excited and I was like this is now my responsibly to this person."

And then, spectacularly, he added: "It is now my McDuty to be this adult."

One wrote: "This is what I call 'breaking the cycle'."

Another added: "This is McDeep."

Some could do with taking a leaf out of Jordan's book, with one follower saying: "This is the struggles of being a parent.

"My mini human always trying to get me to do my McDuty for get to get McNuggets. No, we got food at home!"
