He's been wowing his followers with the speed at which he can down food and drink, and now a TikTok user has shown them how they too can be premium chuggers just like him.
TikTok user Zach Ury has been devouring everything from chewing gum and Tic Tacs to combo challenges like bananas and Sprite in recent weeks, impressing some 3.2 million followers on the social media platform with the speed of his conquests.
Now he's giving back, with a new video that shows him explaining how to quickly down a plastic bottle of water.
In response to the question "show us how you drink water so fast", Zach explains: "You wanna shake the water bottle up.
"This gets all the water molecules flowing and then it allows you to do this..."
In a lightning quick motion he put the bottle to his mouth and crunches it up apparently glugging the water down in the one - before saying 'just like that'.
Honestly, it looks like witchcraft.
It seems that many of his followers attempted to follow his tutorial, although clearly the results were less than successful.
One user wrote: "I tried this and nearly puked and water came out my nose."
Another said: "My shirt drank the water."
While a third commented: "I tried this and almost choked to death."
Zach is far from the only TikTok user to have gone viral for their feats of food and drink downing, with several other pretenders to the throne.
One user, named Aidan Parker, has also been giving chugging tips to his followers - using instead a pint glass instead of a plastic bottle.
So how do you down a pint in seconds?
"Let the water fall directly into your stomach" Aidan explains.
He adds: "Manually open your throat and just let it trickle down
"Put some water in your mouth look up and swallow."
He then says: "Once you have this technique mastered you can drink anything in one ginormous sip."
He then down his pint of water in a matter of seconds.
Once again, this advice seemed easier to follow than actually do, with several users commenting that they hadn't achieved quite the same results.
One user wrote: "Someone is going to drown trying this."
Someone else added: "Instructions unclear, currently changing my shirt."
Aidan replied to the latter, saying "Happens, sometimes even if u get the chug".
If you do decide that chug life is for you then absolutely do not follow the example of one Uni student who downed two litres of Jack Daniel's whisky in 18 seconds at the beginning of the year.
Another video to go viral on TikTok, the footage showed University of Kansas student Jaleb Gann performing the reckless stunt and had to defend himself after he was criticised for it.
It goes without saying that downing two litres of alcohol of any sort isn't going to be good for your body.
