A model known for having the 'world's biggest cheeks' after spending more than £1,600 on surgery has revealed what she looked like before getting work done.
Anastasia Pokreschchuk, 36, from Kyiv, Ukraine, looks unrecognisable post-surgery.
Along with the use of facial injections to her cheeks and jaw, she has also had a boob job, a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) and botox.

Earlier this year, she hit back at one troll who said 'nobody would find her attractive'.
"I don't understand this kind of thinking at all. I don't understand how I can think about my appearance based on what others say," she replied.
"I don't care what others say because this is my face and I have to like it, not you. This is my face and my life.
"You will not live my life for me, okay?"

The 36-year-old is more than happy with how she looks and in an interview on This Morning from two years ago, she made it clear how she feels.
"I look at my pictures from years ago and I think that I'm ugly. I didn't like how I looked, but you can change it no problem. I didn't like my face, I looked like a hamster," she said.
Now, in a recent social media post, the influencer has shared a before and after pic, and some users were still not on board with her decision to change her face.
"I’m genuinely curious as to what type of look she was/is trying to achieve," one person wrote.

"Why, why you looked just beautiful & I don't understand why you wanted to have this look?" another questioned.
"She was really pretty in the first photo," someone else said.
Meanwhile a fourth user said that they 'liked both' of the images.
Addressing the haters yet again, she told the Daily Mail: "I get hate comments online all the time - no one has the confidence to say it in person.

"In real life, people want to hug me and take pictures with me. It's so nice!
"I don’t have people around me that judge me, but I don’t give a f*** what people think of me. My friends never judge me.
"My mother tells me that I looked beautiful before of course, but now she calls me 'exotic'. She is my best friend and the best possible support I could ask for."
After all, it's her face, her body and her choice.
