American comedian, Horatio Sanz, has been accused of groping and sexually assaulting an underaged girl while employed as a cast member on Saturday Night Live.
The allegations date back to 2002 and NBC Universal and Saturday Night Live Studios have been named as defendants in the case file, it's reported.

Sanz has had a number of small, but memorable, roles in films since the 1990s. His first big break in the movie business was in 2003, when he secured his first starring role as Nick Ragoni in The Boat Trip.
Sanz also brought a comical element to Star Wars: The Mandalorian with as the infamous Mythrol.
Sanz is also known for appearing in The Dictator as the 'aide on balcony' and as the 'barely attractive guy' in Bachelorette. He also featured in Year One as Enmebaragesi.
