Line of Duty fans are gutted that the series has now come to an end - with one heck of a series finale.
The BBC's highly popular drama has had us gripped to the edge of our seats since 2012, as we've tried to understand the various plot twists - not to mention all of the acronyms and who on earth 'H' is. And after six series, we really hope this isn't the end of Line of Duty forever.

This three-part documentary series investigates the real dirty police in London's Met, which inspired the storyline of Line of Duty.
Speaking of the documentary series, BBC says: "This series explores the dirty secrets behind London's policing with a story of corruption that goes to the very top of the Met and leads to the formation of the first internal anti-corruption unit, A10, which inspired the BBC drama Line of Duty."
The first episode, 'Firm in a Firm,' aired on Wednesday 28th April and is available on BBC iPlayer.

Luther, BBC One

Idris Elber stars as the troubled and complex DSI John Luther, who crosses the line between business and pleasure as he investigates some of the darkest crimes to happen on London's streets.
There's action right from the word go as Luther comes into the viewers' screens returning from suspension and is immediately tasked with solving a "seemingly perfect" double murder.

The Fall, Netflix
Fifty Shades of Grey star, Jamie Dornan, plays "The Belfast Strangler" - an unsuspecting grief counsellor and father of two by day, and notorious serial killer viciously assaulting and murdering women by night.

This psychological crime drama will have you gripped to the edge of your seats from the very first scene, as Dornan's character manages to get away with his dirty secret for so long.
But Gillian Anderson - who plays DSI Stella Gibson - begins to close in on the killer and he dgs up some of her past demons to try and shake her.

Making a Murderer, Netflix
Steven Avery is the subject of the hit Netflix documentary series 'Making A Murderer'
It's got to be one of the best true crime documentaries out there at the moment. Making a Murderer tracks the case of Steven Avery and his nephew, Brendan Dassey, who were both convicted for the murder of a photojournalist, Teresa Halbach, in 2005.

If you enjoyed the police corruption element of Line of Duty, this one could be for you, as we watch Avery's lawyer Kathleen Zellner, fight for a re-trial after Avery believes the police framed him for the murder.
Season 1 and 2 are available on Netflix and fans are eagerly awaiting the announcement of a third season.

In this psychological crime drama, forensic psychiatrist Dr Emma Robinson is assigned to assess Connie, a woman accused of a heinous crime, but who claims she can't remember a thing.
Starring Emily Watson as Dr Robertson and Denise Gough as Connie. It's another series which is bound to have your head in a spin.

Chicago P.D. - Amazon Prime
An action-packed drama series from NBC which follows the Chicago Police Department's elite Intelligence Unit as they bring down notorious criminals and drug operations in the murder capital of North America.
The unit is led by DS Hank Voight (Jason Beghe), an unconventional cop who often uses dirty methods to get results. In the later series, the internal affairs unit is onto him.
The officers embark upon dangerous undercover work embedded in some of the city's most dangerous gangs. Complicated romances, high-speed police chases and satisfying criminal justice - this show has it all.

Informer, Netflix
A man from East London is pressured into working undercover as an informant for the counter-terrorism unit in order to protect his family.
Starring Paddy Considine as Paddy Starrs, Nabhaan Rizwan as informant - Raza Shar - and Bel Powley as Holly Morten, the thrilling series was nominated for a BAFTA in 2019 for an 'outstanding TV drama.'
Originally airing on BBC One, all episodes are now available to stream on Netflix.
Unforgotten, Netflix

Two London detectives dig up unsolved cases of missing persons, murder and long-hidden secrets in ITV's Unforgotten.
Starring Nicola Walker as DCI Cassie Stuart and Sanjeev Bhaskar as DCI Sunny Khan - two incredibly relatable British detectives.
Over the three seasons, the two unravel the mysteries surrounding: a young boy whose body was found after being missing for 39 years (season 1), the sexual assault and murder of young girl, whose corpse was found stuffed in a suitcase in the river (season 2), and a teenage girl who went missing on New Year's Eve 18 years ago and was found dead under a motorway (season 3).
Released between 2016-18, all three seasons are now available to watch on Netflix.
Bodyguard, Netflix

This mysterious, gripping and - in some places - steamy drama is another one for crime fans.
It follows the relationship between the fictional Home Secretary (played by Keeley Hawes) and her ex-military bodyguard, David (played by Richard Madden).
Describing the drama series, Netflix says: "After helping thwart a terrorist attack, a war veteran is assigned to protect a politician who was a main proponent of the very conflict he fought in."
