Charlie Sheen Has Explained The Reason Behind His Infamous 'Tiger Blood' Meltdown

It's not what you think.

Since telling the world he was HIV positive on live television, Charlie Sheen has been very open about his personal life.

In many ways, he's broken down a lot of barriers thanks to his willingness to be so candid.

Recently, he spoke about his infamous 'tiger blood' meltdown. If you don't know it as that, then you may remember it as the "what's bipolar mean? I'm bi-winning," saga.

The whole thing was pretty absurd and quite hard to watch. But he's finally explained what fueled the meltdown.

Speaking on the Dr Oz Show he revealed: "That was a very specific period of time that did feel very out-of-body and very just detached from all things real. I felt superhuman during some of that. It was a lot of highs and lows. I was taking a lot of testosterone cream, and I think I went too far with it. It was kind of like a borderline... not a 'roid rage, but a 'roid disengage."

So there you go. Testosterone cream can give some men pretty bad mood swings.

According to Healthline, this is very much the case: "Most men tolerate testosterone treatment quite well, but a small number develop emotional side effects. These include rapid mood swings and emotional overreaction to everyday situations. Nervousness, anxiety, crying, paranoia, and depression have also been reported,"

How much of the stuff was he f-ing using!?
