Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost welcomed a son back in August and revealed they had called him Cosmo.
Very often with names that are considered a little different or unique, some people struggle to get on board - which is something the Hollywood couple experienced - from none other than Colin's mum.
So, what exactly does their son's name mean? Well Jost appeared as a guest on The Late Show, where he explained all.

Speaking to host Seth Meyers, he said: "We were just assigned it at the hospital. I think the hospitals now are just so overwhelmed that when your baby comes out, they're just like 'Urgh, that's Frank, go.'"
Well... we guess he didn't explain anything. He just joked about it and never told us the true meaning.
When Meyers asked how relatives reacted to their new arrival, Jost said: "My mom, I would say, was slightly thrown by it and didn't quite understand it. I don't know if she thought it was kind of like a hippie thing.
Hilariously, Jost's mum tried to persuade the pair to change their son's name, as he went on to add: "She would call us after three or four days, she'd be like, 'Cosmo...'
"And she'd be like, 'And now, is it final? Like, did you submit the birth certificate?' And we're like, 'Oh, yeah, we did that at the hospital.'

"She was like 'OK, interesting. Because I was reading that there's also a name Cosimo with an 'i,' so that could also be an option. Maybe Cosimo, that's his real name, but then you can call him still Cosmo.'"
But all's well that ends well, as he explained: "Eventually, she started meeting various members of the Italian community who have a lot of Cosmo relatives.
"And so then she would call, and she would say, 'I met someone-they said their uncle's name is Cosmo. So it is OK.'"
Not too fast... she still thought it was worth a final try: "Then she goes, 'There's a patron saint called Cosmos, so that's another option'. We don't need more worse variants on Cosmo. But thanks, Mom."
