With the Eurovision final set to take place later today (22 May), it's the perfect time to take a look back at one of its most memorable stars - Conchita Wurst.
Austrian Conchita, 32, won the competition back in 2014 with the song 'Rise Like A Phoenix', but it wasn't just his spot on vocals that earned him in a place in Eurovision history - his unique look, combining a luscious head of hair, full beard and glamorous ball gown, made him one of the most talked about acts in years.
But Conchita, whose real name is Tom Neuwirth, is somewhat of a chameleon when it comes to his look, as this video for his 2019 track 'Hit Me' shows.
The singer shocked his fans with his dramatic change of appearance after the video was shared on YouTube.

Fans loved both the song and his new look, with one commenting: "It rarely happens to me to like a song at first listen but this time I fell in love."
Another wrote: "Wow, Conchita, you look stunning. You're like a beautiful sexy fallen evil alien angel or something like that, hehe. Plus, the lyrics' good and the music's like super classy electro. Bravo!"
A third added: "I love that Conchita can be feminine and masculine at the same time!"
Another said: "This song is so emotionally touching, I don't know why, I need to watch it again and again."

After winning the Eurovision Song Contest in drag as Conchita Wurst, Neuwirth later announced he was ready to drop the 'bearded lady' persona, having often explained that Wurst was not a trans woman - and that when in drag, he actually feels completely asexual.
Speaking to Germany's Die Welt in 2017, he said: "I feel like I want to create a new persona... with the bearded lady, I have achieved everything I wanted since the Song Contest victory.
"I question myself more than ever these days, looking for what I can do well. I am looking for myself, and Tom rebels.
"I don't need her anymore... I have to kill her."

But it looks as though the singer has had another change of heart, with recent photos on his Instagram showing him sporting longer locks, a beard and some pretty knock-out outfits.
