What a transformation this is compared to a much younger JB from a decade ago, eh?

If we've learned one thing from today, the final day of 2019, it's that people change. I know, right, who'd have guessed it? Take Justin Bieber for example - he's got a lot more tattoos than he had in 2009... when he was 15.

It's a given for some people - Bieber included - they develop (that's one word for it) in many different ways. Let me provide an example: back in 2009 he sang a song called 'One Time' which included the lyric: "When I met you girl my heart went knock knock knock / Now them butterflies in my stomach won't stop stop."

Fast-forward to 2019 - he co-wrote the tune 'Love Thru The Computer', where rapper Gucci Mane sang: "Remember through the computer, I would visit you / Daydreamin' 'bout us f***in' in your living room / Doin' push-ups 'cause I know you 'bout to visit soon."

Yeah, bit of a change in lyrical subject matter.

But today is all about his physical changes. That's because he's recently taken to Instagram to show off his bod - specifically, the ink that adorns it - to the 123 million people that follow him.

Now the 25-year-old Canadian singer has a collection of around 60 tattoos which have been building up since he was 16 when he got his first tattoo - a seagull.

He also has the wording 'Better At 70' on his left knee, as well as an inking of Jesus praying on his calf. Moving to his arm, he has the word 'Believe' and on his bicep there are two guns crossed over with the words 'MAKE 'EM PAY' - threatening.

Some of the most prominent ones include the eagle on his stomach (when you've got abs it's called a 'torso') and the lion on his chest. According to The Sun, he also still has ink dedicated to his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez - the most obvious being a portrait of her as an angel.

The video Bieber shared of his collection came at the same time as he announced that he will be releasing his first new album in five years.

He teased a song called 'Yummy' and unveiled the news alongside the hashtag #Bieber2020 - which may be the imaginative name of the album.
