Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher is wanted on an arrest warrant in Australia after allegedly missing a court hearing for assault charges.
New South Wales Police announced on social media that a warrant had been issued for the 28-year-old reality star and warned the public ‘not to approach him’.
Sharing a mugshot of Gallagher, the force wrote: “Have you seen Nathan Gallagher? A warrant has been issued for the 28-year-old’s arrest.
“He is known to frequent the Ermington and Melrose Park areas, and is believed to be offshore.

“Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged not to approach him, but to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.”
Gallagher had been set to appear in court on Tuesday (1 September) in relation to domestic violence charges, but did not attend.

He was arrested on 27 December for allegedly assaulting a 29-year-old woman in Sydney on Boxing Day.
According to News.com.au, Gallagher was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, choking without consent and common assault.
The star pleaded not guilty and was released on conditional bail.
Gallagher broke his silence about his arrest in a statement to Rolling Stone just last month.
He told the outlet: “I don’t believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened.”
And went on to add that ‘what has been publicly reported, however, represents only one side of what was an extremely complicated situation’.
His statement continued in part: “I’m not claiming I was perfect. I wasn’t. I made mistakes and I will take responsibility for my own actions. But I will not accept being portrayed solely through one person’s account of a relationship when there is another side and evidence relating to it.”

On Tuesday, prosecutor Sergeant Aruzza told the court: “We believe the defendant is offshore at this time.”
According to the Daily Mail, prosecutors recommend the matter be dealt with under a section of Australia’s Crimes Act that permits a magistrate to issue a warrant from the bench for Gallagher to be brought before the court.
The publication also reported that the court was told Gallagher was no longer represented by the legal team he had been using in the weeks up to the scheduled hearing.
Judge Lacy stated that immigration records showed Gallagher was 'currently overseas' and Gallagher was convicted on all three charges, and the warrant for his arrest was issued.
“Given the serious nature of offences, and I note on the record I have been given documentation from immigration compliance operations division that he is currently overseas,” Judge Lacy told the court
“The defendant doesn’t have any prior criminal history but the offences are very serious, with significant maximum penalties, and [the] context of DV committed in the home.”
“I record a conviction and issue a [arrest] warrant,” the judge concluded.
Gallagher is currently starring on season 11 of Below Deck Mediterranean, which was filmed last year before his arrest.
Filming for season 12 of the popular Bravo reality series is currently underway and Gallagher has been confirmed to not be part of the upcoming season.
