Below Deck star Nathan Gallagher already had previous arrest warrant as second one issued
Another arrest warrant has reportedly been issued to Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher regarding a separate incident four years ago.
The reality TV star, 28, didn’t attend his 1 September court date in relation to three domestic violence offenses dating back to his arrest in Australia on 27 December 2025.
New South Wales Police urged the public ‘not to approach him’, alongside an arrest warrant and mugshot.
Police said Gallagher is accused of assaulting a 29-year-old woman at a Sydney-area apartment complex, and was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent and common assault.

Now, officials have told Donegal Daily that an arrest warrant was issued at Dungloe District Court on 8 April 2025 for the arrest of Gallagher following a separate incident.
He has reportedly been charged with assaulting another man and causing him harm at Main Street, Dungloe on 7 August 2022.
Gallagher has not appeared for court following the recent charges, as police have shared a mugshot of him online.
“Have you seen Nathan Gallagher? A warrant has been issued for the 28-year-old’s arrest,” the force wrote.
“He is known to frequent the Ermington and Melrose Park areas, and is believed to be offshore.
“Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged not to approach him, but to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.”
Gallagher broke his silence on his domestic violence arrest last week, saying that ‘I will take responsibility for my own actions’.
“I don’t believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened,” he said in a statement to Rolling Stone, adding that ‘what has been publicly reported, however, represents only one side of what was an extremely complicated situation’.
“I have contemporaneous video footage from the night in question, as well as messages and other records, which I believe provide important context and show events that have not been publicly reported.
“I am willing to provide the relevant footage so that you can make your own assessment of what it shows.
“There are also other matters surrounding the relationship that I have never discussed publicly, including circumstances surrounding the breakdown of our relationship, previous allegations she made about a former partner, and financial matters relating to the purchase of an apartment in Sydney.
“I have retained documentation and communications relating to those matters as well.”
The statement continued: “I am not going to make accusations or release private documents on Instagram. I have kept the evidence and will deal with it through the appropriate channels.
“But I also don’t believe it is fair for one version of events to be presented publicly as though it is the complete story when there is evidence that may materially contradict or provide significant context to that account.”
