It's never easy getting back into the dating game after a long-term relationship, especially if your ex is widely regarded as one of the world's most beautiful women.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's split was finally made official in January of this year after Lopez initially filed for divorce in August of 2024.
The couple were only married in 2022, having called off a previous engagement in 2004. Affleck was married to Jennifer Garner (he loves that name) and Lopez to Marc Anthony (no not the one who loved Cleopatra) in that time but the two rekindled after their respective divorces.
The Good Will Hunting actor spoke out publicly for the first time last month about the embarrassment he's faced in the wake of the divorce and it goes to show that even when you're rich, famous and handsome like Affleck, it isn't easy out there.

Affleck portrays a less-than-confident man in The Accountant 2 which comes out later this month, and in his press interviews ahead of the film's release, he suggests that he relates closely to main character Christian Wolff when it comes to speaking with women.
He said: "Here’s a guy who’s trying to figure out, he wants to have a relationship with a woman, he’s trying to figure out how to do that, like, how to put yourself out there.
The 52-year-old then suggests that he has some work to do when it comes to flirting, although you'd imagine that 'Hello, I'm Ben Affleck' would work on a fair few people out there.
He added: “You know, he’s not comfortable extending himself. He doesn’t really know how to flirt, exactly. He’s not comfortable, like so many of us.
“It’s not easy for anyone figuring out relationships, particularly at the very early part, where you’re trying to gauge, ‘What does this signal mean? Is this person looking at me? Do they like me? Am I going to humiliate myself if I go over there?'"
Affleck can't even get over the initial awkwardness of a first date by gaining some 'Dutch courage' given that he's been sober for some time now.
It is reported that the Gone Girl star has been dating casually since his split from Lopez and apparently he also wants to reignite a flame with Garner after their 2018 split. So lads, it turns out that A-list celebrities aren't too different from the rest of us, in that he's struggling to flirt and now wants his ex back. I wonder if he's tried Raya yet?
The Accountant 2 is set to be released on April 25.
