Brad Pitt is reportedly being sued by the makers of a high-end penis cream over alleged similarities with his own skincare line.
As well as being an A-list Oscar-winning star, Pitt branched out into the world of cosmetics in 2022 with skincare brand Le Domaine.
Last year, the company was rebranded, and its name changed to Beau Domaine.
However, the rebrand came to the attention of Malibu-based skincare company Beau D. which has since filed a suit claiming ‘trademark infringement, false designation of origin, and common-law unfair competition under California’s Business and Professions Code’, AirMail reports.

Beau D. was launched by former Men’s Vogue fashion editor Brandon Palas in 2020.
AirMail reports that Beau D. made three unsuccessful attempts at a private settlement before launching the lawsuit.
The company is now reportedly seeking damages in excess of $75,000 as well as ‘permanent injunction’ that would ban usage of the name Beau Domaine and branding entirely.
“This isn’t about publicity or punishment,” Palas told AirMail.
“It’s about protecting the integrity of what we’ve spent years building and ensuring independent brands have the right to grow without being overshadowed or diluted.”
Beau Domaine has reportedly not filed a formal legal response in court yet.
Brad’s brand, which he founded with the famed wine-making Perrin family, sells a wide range of skincare products, including a cleanser, serum, and moisturiser that will add ‘longevity to your skin’.

Meanwhile, Beau D. creates and sells just two products: a fancy lip-salve, and its signature ‘D. Cream’, which is designed to be used on the penis.
And if you’re sitting there scratching your head wondering exactly what D.Cream does, Palas told the outlet that it’ll ‘help to bring plumpness to that skin, inspire collagen production, and slow down the process of aging’.
On its website, Beau D, says the product, which costs $56, will ‘put the power in your package’ and is made using ‘Dong Quai, Horny Goat Weed, and He Shou Wu, along with naturally nourishing extracts like Coral Weed, Ivy Gourd, and Eggplant Fruit’.
