Christmas under Hugh Hefner's roof was quite unconventional, according to several Playboy Bunnies.
A host of women who previously lived with the millionaire magazine magnate, who died in September 2017, claim that he had several bizarre rituals to get in the merry mood.
Which shouldn't come as much of a surprise to most folk, given that Hefner was well known for laying down the law with his house guests.
He is said to have enforced a host of strict rules on his Bunnies - about their appearance, the arrangement of their rooms, and, ridiculously, he even imposed a curfew on them.

Although Hefner ran an extremely tight ship, models such as Izabella St. James have since claimed that the place was actually something of a pigsty.

In her 2006 memoir Bunny Tales, she wrote: "We all did our best to decorate our rooms and make them homely, but the mattresses on our beds were disgusting - old, worn and stained."
She even claimed that the carpets were all constantly 'dirty' while 'standing in dog mess' indoors was also a regular occurrence. Nice, Hef.
But throughout December, the Playboy Mansion became quite the winter wonderland - with a Hugh Hefner spin on it, of course.
Take a look at this:
The general public got a glimpse of what Christmas at the mansion looked like while The Girls Next Door was airing, which was a reality TV series that gave us an insight into the lives of Hefner's Bunnies.
The huge garden was kitted out with a tobogganing slope for the women to have fun on, while they also crafted a 'Panty Chandelier’ - which is exactly what it sounds like - to get in the spirit.
A long-time installation at the house, the golden chandelier had women’s underwear dangling from its arms in the bedroom.
Hefner's former girlfriend, Bridget Marquardt, previously said: "Hef definitely has an expectation of what he wants the grounds to look like at Christmas time."

The Bunnies also once 'surprised' the Playboy tycoon by building a snowman replica of him.
Hefner's former girlfriend, Holly Madison, said of their creation: "We built a snow Hef, which we surprised him with. We pulled out a smoking jacket and a pipe and a hat, and we made a snow Hef complete with a penis."
The businessman looked pretty chuffed with the gesture and even posed for pictures with the snowman.
Indoors, there was a gigantic Christmas tree erected in the living room - that doubled as a ‘movie room’ - which supposedly needed ’35 boxes’ of LED lights to decorate it.
Here, they’d cuddle up for festive films.

While Hefner's third wife, Crystal, preferred to tune into Elf, he was apparently a lover of the classics.
“Hef’s favourite Christmas movie is Miracle on 34th Street. Possibly ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’, or possibly ‘Christmas Story’,” she once said.
Although it sounds like a lot of festive fun, some Bunnies don't remember the Christmas period at the mansion very fondly - as Madison previously claimed that they were forbidden from spending the big day with their families.
His former girlfriend, who moved into the mansion at the age of 22, revealed that a lot of the ladies 'really resented' this rule during a previous appearance on the Girls Next Level podcast.
"They wanted to be home on Christmas - you could ask to go the day before if you were close by, or maybe do like a quick visit before or after but you were expected to be there on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day," she said.
