Abby and Brittany Hensel were pictured with a newborn baby last month, after their mum previously revealed if they could have kids or not.
Minnesota reality stars Abby and Brittany Hensel happen to be dicephalus conjoined twins, which means they share a bloodstream and all of the organs below the waist.
While they still have two hearts, Abby controls the right arm and leg, as her sister controls the left.
When it comes to eating, they have two digestive systems and separate stomachs, but share the same bladder and excretion system.

The twin sisters first gained public attention when they appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1996.
Following their appearances on various documentaries, the pair achieved international fame with their own reality show on TLC.

Now, just three days ago, the world's most famous conjoined twins shared a TikTok video that included pictures of them with a newborn baby.
The photos, obtained by TMZ last month, were of them holding a baby in a car seat in a car park in Arden Hills, Minnesota.

They were also pictured with Abby's husband, Josh Bowling, and their dog two weeks later.
Once Abby married Josh in 2021, she became a stepmother to Josh’s daughter, Isabella.

However, in their recent TikTok post, the twins didn't really confirm that the baby was theirs, only writing in the caption: "Blessed."
As you can imagine though, people have had more questions than answers over the years due to their rare health condition.

Many have wondered if the pair are even capable of having children, as their mum explained in a documentary titled Joined For Life: "That is probably something that could work because those organs do work for them."

Brittany agreed: "Yeah, we're going to be moms.
"The whole world doesn't need to know who we are seeing, what we are doing and when we are going to do it. But believe me, we are totally different people."
Last year, the pair took to TikTok to address some of the negative comments they were receiving online.

"This is a message to all the haters out here," read the text overlay from a video shared on 29 March 2024.
"If you don't like what I do but watch everything I'm doing, you're still a fan."
The clip - which included pictures of the duo alongside Abby's husband - was captioned: "#Forever."
