David Hasselhoff speaks out after ex-wife Pamela Bach was found dead aged 62
The Baywatch stars were married for nearly two decades
David Hasselhoff has paid tribute to his former wife and fellow Baywatch star Pamela Bach after she passed away aged 62.
Bach was found dead at her home in the Hollywood Hills on 5 March, officials in Los Angeles announced.
The Los Angeles Medical Examiner's office said that the actress died by suicide, the BBC reports.
The screen star, from Oklahoma, is survived by her two daughters - Hayley, 32, and Taylor, 34, - who she shares with Hasselhoff.

Hasselhoff has shared his heartbreak regarding Bach's death in a short statement.
It reads: "Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff.
"We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time."
She met the actor, 72, on the set of his hit show Knight Rider in 1985, while he was starring as Michael Knight in the crime drama series.
Bach and Hasselhoff got hitched a few years later in December 1989.
They went on to welcome their two daughters, before the Baywatch stars announced their split in 2006.
Hasselhoff cited irreconcilable differences as the reasoning for their divorce, which was finalised in August that year.
He and Bach were each given custody of one of their children, before Hasselhoff was later awarded custody of them both.
Daughter Hayley shared a snap of her parents on Instagram with a white star in what appeared to be a tribute to her late mother.
During her career, Bach also starred on CBS drama The Young and the Restless, which is where Hasselhoff first gained recognition in the acting world while taking on the role of Dr Snapper Foster.
The actress also had roles in Cheers, The Fall Guy, T.J. Hooker, Superboy and Viper.
Bach had shared an social media post on New Year's Eve, speaking of her excitement for the year ahead.
She explained she was looking forward to seeing her granddaughter, London, 'grow', while adding: "Seeing her smile light up my world is truly the greatest blessing."
The post continued: "May 2025 be filled with beautiful moments, laughter, and all the blessings your hearts can hold.
"Here's to a year of making cherished memories, spreading joy, and embracing every precious moment!"
