Former adult actor-turned-internet personality Mia Khalifa has revealed her biggest fear after starting an OnlyFans account.
Khalifa gained worldwide fame back in 2014 after she featured in a polarising pornographic video, which ended up being viewed 1.5 million views on PornHub.
Despite only creating x-rated films for a grand total of three months, Khalifa's popularity and infamy extended beyond her career.
She ranked as the most searched for female performer on the adult website in 2016 and 2018, while also receiving backlash and even death threats for her use of religious attire in her most watched video.

Following the backlash, Khalifa has since attempted to distance herself from her pornographic work, appearing as a sports commentator, an internet personality and even launching her own jewellery collection last year.
She is also an active presence on OnlyFans, having joined the platform in 2020 and going on to be one of the highest earning creators by earning an estimated $6.2 million (£4.2m) a month from her posts.
Despite the notorious reputation of OnlyFans and Khalifa's explicit past, her newer content isn't as X-rated as her previous work - but that doesn't mean the job doesn't come with concerns for the 31-year-old.

Speaking in an interview with El Pais back in 2023, Khalifa explained why she decided to join the platform.
"I don’t like to call it modest. I think it’s a matter of preference," she explained. "There are probably a lot more pressures and barriers for women from certain religious or social backgrounds than for others."
She added: "I also don’t say the thing about not doing nudity on OnlyFans in a pretentious way or to be better than others."

Of course, the interview swiftly turned to whether or not Khalifa would be stripping and going nude for her followers any time soon, with the actor revealing she's 'afraid' of her previous nude photos resurfacing on social media once again.
"I’m really afraid that my nudes will start circulating around again, but lately working in Europe I’ve been feeling good about creating artistically beautiful things and that has been giving me confidence to show more," Khalifa explained.
"Even when I’ve done photos without a top, I’ve felt more comfortable because I haven’t felt overtly sexual. Anyway, if someone sexualises those photos it’s their problem, not mine."

This isn't the first time Khalifa has addressed her presence on OnlyFans, with the actress revealing on a previous podcast that she decided to join the platform in order to raise funds for the Lebanese Red Cross after the 2020 Beirut explosion.
"I need to raise $100,000 dollars to send to the Lebanese Red Cross after the Beirut blast and I thought OnlyFans would be best way to make money.
"And then I got s**t for using money I made on OnlyFans to donate."
