Miley Cyrus' alleged stalker made a chilling warning to cops when he was arrested for trying to get close to the star when she was just 16.
Back in 2009, a man named Mark McLeod was taken away by police on two occasions after trying to track down the child star while she filmed The Last Song.
The then-53-year-old was nicked in August 2009 after 'attempting to stalk' Cyrus on the set of the film near Savannah, Georgia, according to Reuters.

He was arrested after security spotted him lurking around the beachside set, just months after authorities warned him to steer clear of the singer, now 32, after a similar incident in June that year.
McLeod had already been taken away in handcuffs after trying to breach a security perimeter surrounding the set of the movie, which also starred Cyrus' now ex-husband Liam Hemsworth.
As a result of the repeated unwanted encounters, Cyrus filed a temporary restraining order against McLeod and he was charged with attempting to stalk the singer, according to reports.
However, he was never convicted of any crime.

The 16-year-old case has now been re-examined in the latest episode of Investigation Discovery's Hollywood Demons series, 'Stalking the Stars'.
The documentary claims that McLeod uttered a chilling sentence to police officers when he was being arrested for the second time.
The man is alleged to have told cops about Cyrus: "No one will be able to keep us apart."
McLeod had claimed that he had proposed to the Hannah Montana star 18 months beforehand, saying that she had happily accepted his marriage offer.
He even claimed that her famous father, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, had given their engagement his approval.

McLeod's sister Larilyn Adair appeared on 'Stalking the Stars' to offer further insight into what was going through his mind back in 2009.
"He went back in the middle of the night, he felt like she knew approximately where she might be staying," she told cameras. "He was knocking on doors trying to find out where she was and somebody called security.
"He was arrested and this time he was charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice, and stalking."
Scaachi Koul, a Canadian culture writer, also shared some insights into McLeod's arrest, claiming he had told police that he had been watching Cyrus from the street.

He is said to have told officers that he had spotted her on the balcony of his hotel before his arrest, where he warned that nothing could get in between him and his supposed fiancée.
"Mark also promised the arresting officer that he would get an invitation to his and Miley's wedding," Koul said.
According to Adair, her brother had 'always been into music' and he had joined a chatroom with fans at some point, before striking up conversation with someone he believed to be Cyrus.
"And, somewhere along the line, he was really thinking he was talking to her, which we know he probably was not," she said. "It was an infatuation with her music and with her."

McLeod's sibling also said she hadn't noticed any 'red flags' in terms of her brother's behaviour, until he declared he wanted to marry Cyrus a few months before his arrest.
Adair said he was 'stubborn' and that nobody could change his mind - while revealing his infatuation also stems back to an alleged glance he shared with Cyrus during one of her concerts.
She explained: "Mark was in the crowd, and she made eye contact with him. I'm sure that he was excited that she did that, so he decided to go and try get on the tour bus. They called security, and he was asked to leave.
"And then there was another concert where he tried to get on the tour bus again and he said that Billy Ray happened to walk by and he said, 'How are you doing man? I'm praying for you'."
She went on to claim that McLeod had attended a book signing by Cyrus in New York before actually proposing to the 'Wrecking Ball' singer - which she politely glossed over.
Adair added: "He later told me that she says, 'I'm flattered thank you so much for the flowers,' and she signs his book and he goes away."
Months later, he was arrested for following Cyrus to the set of The Last Song - and he pleaded guilty to resisting police, resulting in prosecutors dropping the stalking charges, the Daily Mail reports.
