The wedding of Venezuela Fury and Noah Price certainly looks set to go down in history for the backlash attached to it.
Although there wasn't the sort of drama you might see at a Beckham wedding, unless Venezuela's mother-in-law also demanded the first dance, there has certainly been a lot of backlash aimed at the young couple.
Venezuela is just 16 and was proposed to her on her 16th birthday, with both her parents speaking out ahead of the wedding to give their blessing to her and her new husband Noah Price.
However, it's understandable that a lot of people in the public were concerned, especially since they had to travel to the Isle of Man for the wedding to even be legal, after the law changed around parental consent for those under the age of 18 who want to get married.

Venezuela's mother Paris has now weighed in on the criticism that the family have faced in the wake of the wedding, which has extended further than some sly comments about her daughter's interesting choice of footwear.
Taking to TikTok, the mother-of-seven wrote: "So many beautiful comments, videos, photos and post about my @venezuela and @Noah price marriage and I just want to thank you all. But all the people who have been nasty or negative “they can keep talking, they keep saying what they like” cus everything is gonna be alright. They are the happiest couple and wish them all the best. Now I’ve gotta figure out what I’m doing with the 50ft train."
It's no surprise that Paris wants to keep her daughter out of the media limelight and stay positive, even though she admitted at first that she'd hoped Venezuela would wait a little longer before saying I do.
However, she subsequently told the Metro: "Venezuela was 16 when she got engaged; I was 17 when I got engaged. Me and Tyson have been together for 20 years, and we couldn't be any happier.
"Our life is great, so all I can do is hope it's the same for her."
Tyson also gave his blessing to his new son-in-law, who he's no doubt delighted will be joining in with the family tradition of boxing, even if his own father didn't have the nicest words to say ahead of his recent return to the ring, which saw him earn a composed points victory over Arslanbek Makhmudov.

He said: "He did ask for my permission. He came in and sat down and I explained that marriage is not an easy thing and they are only young kids.
"I asked if this is what they really want? He said yes and I gave him my blessing. Fair play, he wasn't shaking but I could tell he was nervous. Fair play to him.
"He's a heavyweight boxer and they say that a daughter always goes for someone like her dad, and she definitely has!"
The newlyweds aren't the only ones to face condemnation online however, as one of Venezuela's bridesmaids also made the bold decision to sell her dress on Vinted just days after the wedding, making a tidy sum in the process.
How did Venezuela Fury meet Noah Price?
Taking to TikTok after her engagement, Venezuela explained how Noah slid into her Instagram DMs when she was 14.
Despite not knowing who he was at the time, she revealed she soon realised she'd actually met him at York Races previously. They met once again at the races, where they soon shared their first kiss - though Venezuela admitted she 'didn’t know if she wanted to punch him or not' due to him apparently having 'side b*tches'.

The couple went official when she was 15, and after a year of being in an on-and-off relationship, Noah popped the question.
Speaking to Fabulous, Venezuela said: "I was very shocked. It all came as a huge surprise. I wasn’t overly emotional because I was so surprised and I was very nervous, as I realised a lot of people were watching me.
"It was a very exciting moment, though, probably one of the best of my life. But I would have been content if he had asked me to marry him anywhere.
"I didn’t care about the ‘big proposal’, but I am very happy."
