People are absolutely shocked Dame Joan Collins is 90 as she poses in a bikini

Fans reckon Dame Joan Collins is ageing backwards after she posted photos from her holiday in France.

The legendary actor has been relaxing in Provence and St Tropez on her most recent trip and she's shown she isn't afraid to bare her skin in the sun.

She's uploaded photos of herself in a bikini and swimsuit and people still can't believe she's 90 years old.

One wrote: "Ok I've figured it out -you're ageing backwards ! What a fun and beautiful couple you two make -thanks for making me smile and for sharing a peephole into your life."

Another added: "Glamorous beautiful icon, our Joan Collins. The epitome of elegance."

A third said: "I thought that was from 20 years ago! Beautiful."

She looks like she has been frozen in time and hasn't aged a day since her peak during the 1980s when she starred as Alexis Colby in soap opera Dynasty.

The actor also appeared in Benidorm, American Horror Story: Apocalypse, The Royals, and The Time of Their Lives.

She's lifted the lid in the past on what keeps so her looking so youthful.

Thankfully, they're all pretty simple tips that anyone can do at home.

“I have always worn sun protection and have kept my face away from harmful rays since I was 20," the actor told You magazine in 2014.

"You should see me when I wake up in the morning: my face is so white, it’s like a sheet."

She also told The Mirror five years later: “I don’t go to bed without taking off my makeup and putting on night cream. My mother had me and sister Jackie doing that when we were 14.”

Unsurprisingly, diet does play a role as well in Joan's eyes.

“The quality of what you eat is as important as the quality of the products you use," she explained to the Daily Mail back in 2015.

“I try to eat a balanced diet. I believe eating avocados is very beneficial and I believe in taking vitamin supplements.”

She also called on fans to embrace a good base of makeup rather than opting for botox.

The 90-year-old reckons that can help disguise any signs of ageing way better than injections.
