Ray J's manager has spoken out after the rapper appeared to have something looking like 'blood' coming out of his eye during a performance.
The rapper has made it clear his health is in a very poor state as he's spoken several times about how he 'doesn't have long left to live' and thinks he's 'f**ked up' when it comes to his health.
At a recent performance where he was wearing sunglasses the crowd spotted what looked like a trickle of red coming from one of his eyes, though the actual substance was unverified, while he also appeared to have some kind of monitor taped to his chest.
Ahead of the show Ray J had posted to social media: "I’m putting my life on the line for this show!!"

Now his manager Melinda Santiago has told People the artists working for her had to work 'whether they are bleeding or not'.

"We all know that Ray J has been under the weather, but all my artists that work with me gotta do their job whether they are bleeding or not," she told them.
The rapper posted a picture of himself and his manager with the caption 'WHATEVER MELINDA SAYS GOES' accompanied by an emoji of a drop of blood.
Santiago was covering her face in the picture while Ray J looked pretty happy, so whether he was actually bleeding from the eyes or this was a publicity stunt to drum up attention following his recent hospitalisation remains to be seen.
It's not in doubt that Ray J, real name William Ray Norwood Jr, was hospitalised last month in Las Vegas with a severe case of pneumonia, with it not being the first time that has happened.
The rapper said afterwards that he 'just almost died' and his health was 'not OK', later saying '2027 is definitely a wrap for me'.
In recent videos where he spoke about his health, Ray J said he'd done himself serious damage with alcohol and Adderall.
He said: "I think I thought I had more weight. I thought I was big so I could handle all the alcohol, I could handle all the Adderall, I could handle all the drugs - but I couldn't. It curved my time here."
The rapper said at his worst he was drinking 'four or five bottles a day' and taking 10 doses of Adderall.
He said he might be alright if he sticks to 'the right path' but he's said his heart was 'only beating 25 percent'.
