Ruby Rose has revealed that when she was a teenager she was wrongly accused of murdering a child.
Rose, 40, appeared on the Off the Vine podcast with Kaitlyn Bristowe where she spoke about the shocking incident when she was just 15 years old.
The interview was Rose's first ever podcast interview, Page Six reports, and saw Rose say that she had been at a gathering with her mum and some family friends in the Australian bushland.
While at the gathering, Rose said she encountered four-year-old boy in a playground nearby, who had been injured, saying that she had been smoking her first cigarette when she saw what she believed at first was a doll on the slide.

“My friend and I locked eyes and we started walking towards it," she said. "As we got close enough, we could tell this was a real human."
The boy appeared to have been badly injured, Rose said, adding: “There was blood coming out of his ear, nose, mouth. It was very traumatic.”
After realising he was badly hurt, Rose said that she had picked the boy up and carried him into the house.

Once inside, the adults started to perform CPR on him, and the emergency services were called.
When an ambulance arrived and took the little boy away to hospital Rose at first thought that she had saved his life, as he was still breathing in the ambulance.
But sadly she would get the news that this would not be the case.
“I got a call saying that he probably wouldn’t be okay, that they were keeping him on a machine and it didn’t look great," she said. "I just sent love to the family."
She explained that the child had been placed on life support, but because he had been 'brain dead for so long' doctors made the decision to withdraw his life support.
The day after this, Rose recalled that the police had arrived at her high school to speak to her.
There, she said that people had started to make accusations towards her.

“People were like, ‘Baby killer!’ I was breaking down,” she said.
It transpired that the older brother of the boy who had died had actually witnessed the death, seemingly exonerating Rose.
The problem was that after the incident the brother had suffered from 'dissociative amnesia', meaning that he couldn't remember exactly what had happened, and with Rose present at the scene this had raised questions about what she had been doing there.
Luckily, the brother recovered his memory, and Rose was in the clear.
“He went back to the police and thank goodness told them, because they didn’t think it was me anyway, but that doesn’t always happen,” she said.
“He remembered and I was cleared, but [the child’s mother] still didn’t want me at the funeral. So everyone went except me.”
Rose has gone on to have a highly successful acting career, stepping back after suffering an injury to her spine while filming Batwoman.
