Ryan Reynolds has done it again by going out of his way to make a grand birthday gesture to Rob McElhenney.
The pair are co-owners of football club Wrexham AFC, having purchased the club together in 2020, who were then in the National League, the fifth tier of English football.
Despite being known for their roles in film and TV, the two Hollywood celebrities have put their all into the Welsh football club, and yesterday celebrated their second promotion in two seasons, reaching League One, the third tier of the English football pyramid.

Following the side's decisive 6-0 win over Forest Green Rovers, sealing their promotion for the 2024/25 season, Reynolds posted on X.
"A few years ago, if you told me I would be crying tears of joy over a football match taking place in North Wales, you would be Rob McElhenney," he wrote.
Sending his congratulations to the club and his co-chairman, he also labelled owning the club as 'the ride of our lives'.
As mentioned on their Welcome to Wrexham series, which gives viewers a look behind the scenes of their takeover at the club, staff, fans and players of Wrexham among other things, Reynolds and McElhenney barely knew each other before the business venture.
But since then, the two have become business partners and good friends, as shown by Reynolds' many birthday gestures to McElhenney.

The 47-year-old previously paid a musical tribute to his business partner for his birthday last year, getting several celebrities to pronounce his name wrongly before bursting into song.
But he seems to have outdone himself this year, posting a video on X, captioning it: "It felt like Robâs birthday was today but apparently itâs tomorrow? I am posting now because itâs April 14th in Wrexham and Iâll bet people are still up!"
In the video, he walks on in his famous Deadpool suit, saying: "Today is April 14, the birthday of my beloved co-chairman Mr Rob McElhenney. It also happens to be the day the Titanic went down."
The actor explained that he 'funded an expedition down to the Titanic wreckage to retrieve a bottle of Wrexham Lager Beer', which was onboard the vessel when it went down.
Unfortunately, he was unsuccessful, but said that what he found instead was 'even more beautiful'.
The video hilariously revealed a drawing of McElhenney topless, posing much like Rose did in the Titanic film for Jack - complete with his own Heart of the Ocean.

Reynolds then jokingly said: "Please, donât embarrass him by going to vistaprint.com/wrexham to purchase a gift and share items customised in all of Robâs splendour and soft, delicate chest hair.
"And donât put it all over social media, nor should you visit the Ty Pawb gallery in Wrexham, where this picture will actually hang among genuine works of art.
"Just do as I am - simply wish Rob a happy birthday. Weâll see you in League One," he concluded.
The hilarious stunt was enjoyed by fans, with several having purchased a shirt from the website.
One commented: "So youâre telling me, Rose had a beard?"
Another said: "Yâall have too much time and money on your hands," with two laughing emojis.
A third put: "I donât know if these ideas are yours alone or the collaborative efforts of you and random chess players in a park, but you are the most successful marketer of my 53 years on this globe.
"Good god man, how the hell do you do it."
McElhenney also shared his thoughts, writing: "Thank you for this."
