Well, the ‘Royal Wedding’ to her fans, it seems fairly likely by now that Taylor Swift is indeed marrying Travis Kelce this weekend.
While still officially unacknowledged by her team, all signs seem to point to a wedding celebration at Madison Square Garden (MSG) in New York City with events kicking off today (3 July).
With workers on the ground running their mouths, it’s thought there is a rehearsal dinner today before a mega celebration in the arena space tomorrow, attending by all sorts of stars.
It’s been reported for a little while that roads were going to be closed in the area until Saturday and police officers say they’ve been told to expect the Swift wedding during the holiday weekend.

But while the likes of the New York Police Department (NYPD) outline plans for the big do, one rep has a scathing message for the ‘Love Story’ singer.

Police plans
The New York Times reports that starting today, officers from the NYPD, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Police Department and Amtrak police will be deployed around MSG for the event.
In an internal police planning memo (titled ‘Taylor Swift wedding at Madison Square Garden’), this event is described as a celebration of Swift’s wedding to Kelce.
It’s also said that with the events closed to the public, there are roughly 100 people invited to the rehearsal dinner which will take place at the Infosys Theatre inside MSG at about 6pm.
A spokesperson for the Police Department told the New York Times that plans for the event haven’t been finalised.
The memo also suggests that as many as 1,000 guests will arrive on Friday with possible stage appearances as the arena opens at around 4pm for a cocktail hour.
This will apparently be following by ‘a wedding and reception in the arena’ starting at around 5:30pm. Per the memo, the event is expected to end at around 2am.

Ruthless message to couple
The rumoured wedding seems to have caused a bit of a divide in New York because of everything that’s going into it, with it also assumed Swifties will be hanging around outside in a bid to get a glimpse.
Among those particularly disgruntled with the 'Cruel Summer' singer's supposed bash is the president of the city’s detectives union, Scott Munro.
He said to the New York Times: “They should have their wedding in Pennsylvania or wherever she’s from.”
Munro claimed that there are high levels of exhaustion among officers with roughly 5,000 detectives logging 85 hours of overtime over the past month due to the NBA finals and the World Cup.
“Can we take anything else on here?” he said. “I think Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift should be thanking every officer standing out there in the heat, away from their families and working.”
The LADbible Group has contacted representatives for Swift and Kelce for comment.
What's on the menu at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding?
According to Page Six, a whole load of food and ingredients were spotted being delivered to Madison Square Garden ahead of the couple’s big day, giving fans an insight into what guests might be chowing down on.
It seems that attendees are in for some fine dining as boxes containing lobster meat were seen being transported into the venue.
Swift and Kelce also appear to be big fans of chicken, with several variations of the meat - including breasts, legs, boneless and blackened - reportedly labelled on the boxes that were delivered.
Packages of French fries and thick-cut onion rings were also seen, as well as fresh produce such as red and orange peppers and romaine lettuce, along with eggs, whole milk and heavy whipping cream.
A Krispy Kreme van also reportedly pulled up to MSG, though it’s unclear whether wedding guests are being treated to an Original Glazed Dozen, as there is a doughnut store located nearby.
A source claiming to have ‘direct knowledge’ told TMZ that Swift ‘personally curated food stations’ for her nuptials, reportedly featuring ‘speciality bites’ from a number of her ‘go-to spots’.
