Celebrities not invited to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding with 1,000 invites sent out

Well, fan or not, there’s one thing that you can hardly avoid on social media right now and it’s Taylor Swift’s wedding.

Reported to be taking place this weekend in New York, the singer is rumoured to be marrying Travis Kelce with celebrations at a ‘transformed’ Madison Square Garden.

And summing up the scale of what’s been speculated, it’s said the NFL player and ‘Love Story’ singer have invited almost 1,000 guests to celebrate them. Of course, this is set to include all sorts of family and friends from their worlds of global celebrity.

But while nothing is confirmed, there’s a fair few who we can say won’t be there due to the likes of scheduling conflicts or because we can fairly confidently presume that they’re likely NFI.

Shaken Off the list

Look, some of those who aren’t going to be there will be fairly obvious to those of us who aren’t even big Swifties.

For example, Kanye West. Of course, the rapper isn’t named in any rumoured guest lists and given the fact they had such a long running feud, there’s no expectation of him being invited.

We’d all certainly be surprised if we saw Ye cropping up in what will be the viral Swift-Kelce wedding snaps.

Then there’s the obvious Harry Styles. Not necessarily because of a rumoured beef or that he once dated Swift but because he’s going to be on stage for most of the time.

The ‘Watermelon Sugar’ singer is performing sold-out shows at Wembley Stadium in London both tomorrow and Saturday (3 and 4 July), so it won’t exactly be a convenient journey.

That also casts doubt on Zoë Kravitz though, as she’s rumoured to attend. Swift and her are close friends but the actress has been attending fiancé Styles’ shows at Wembley over recent weeks. So, she may be invited, but it’s not 100 percent if she’ll be making it there

Others who are said to potentially be swiped from the list include Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

Lively and Swift are also known to be longtime friends but in recent years there has been speculation over where their friendship stands. This particularly comes following Lively’s long legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

On that note, it’s unlikely he would be there given Swift’s reported involvement in the dispute.

And then of course, there is Scooter Braun.

Swifties will know All Too Well that it’s unlikely the record executive will be invited, given the well-documented troubles with him over Swift’s masters.

Elsewhere, it’s reported that Miles Teller and wife Keleigh won’t be attending despite previous social links.

Again, none of this is officially confirmed, especially given Swift's team hasn't actually officially confirmed the wedding is even happening this weekend.

Some of the select stars rumoured to be there

Again, while there are plenty of obvious names who won’t be there, there are some obvious ones that will be showing up.

Despite being in London for filming of Only Murders in the Building, it’s thought longtime friend Selena Gomez will be heading over to New York for the wedding. And she adds to other friends Abigail Anderson Berard, Gigi Hadid, Karley Kloss, Ashely Avignone, the Haim sisters, Emma stone, Sabrina Carpenter and Gracie Abrams.

Jack Antonoff, Antoni Porowski and Suki Waterhouse are also thought to be there.

Then there’s even the likes of Prince William, Kate Middleton, Graham Norton and Greg James who have been linked to the guestlist.

Sombr and Ed Sheeran are also rumoured to be invited with it previously reported that a whole bunch of Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs teammates had hotels booked in the area.

But Swift did previously joke to Norton that ‘anyone I’ve ever talked to’ will be invited so I guess we’ll have to wait and see what actually happens this weekend and who is spotted there.

According to Page Six, a whole load of food and ingredients were spotted being delivered to Madison Square Garden ahead of the couple’s big day, giving fans an insight into what guests might be chowing down on.

It seems that attendees are in for some fine dining as boxes containing lobster meat were seen being transported into the venue.

Swift and Kelce also appear to be big fans of chicken, with several variations of the meat - including breasts, legs, boneless and blackened - reportedly labelled on the boxes that were delivered.

Packages of French fries and thick-cut onion rings were also seen, as well as fresh produce such as red and orange peppers and romaine lettuce, along with eggs, whole milk and heavy whipping cream.

A Krispy Kreme van also reportedly pulled up to MSG, though it’s unclear whether wedding guests are being treated to an Original Glazed Dozen, as there is a doughnut store located nearby.

A source claiming to have ‘direct knowledge’ told TMZ that Swift ‘personally curated food stations’ for her nuptials, reportedly featuring ‘speciality bites’ from a number of her ‘go-to spots’.
