Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's guest list as celebs spotted in New York ahead of wedding
The closest thing the USA has to a royal wedding is nearly upon us, as Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are set to finally tie the knot.
As if the USA didn't have enough on with their 250th anniversary of independence and the national team's march to the World Cup last 16, there's now the most-anticipated celebrity wedding for decades to contend with.
New York City has certainly had its fun in recent weeks after the Knicks ended 53 years of NBA Championship hurt, but a different party will be taking over Madison Square Garden this weekend.
The world's most famous arena has been 'transformed' for the multi-day event which will see Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce marry, with the couple filing for a permit to shut down the streets in the surrounding area.

Though nothing has been officially confirmed, details of the scheduled festivities have leaked out ahead of the event, which reportedly got started with a dress rehearsal dinner attended by 100 people on July 2.
A much larger event of 1,000 guests is then expected on July 3 and there is a star-studded list of guests set to attend.

Famous couples tend to have famous friends, and you don't get much more famous than Swift and Kelce.
The first slew of celebrities were spotted arriving at Madison Square Garden on Thursday at around 6pm.
The People reports that TV writer Lena Dunham, Swift's musical partner Jack Antonoff, his fashion designer sister Rachel Antonoff, Abigail Anderson, sports commentators Erin Andrews, Charissa Thompson and Greg Olsen and Kelce's long-term best friend, Aric Jones were all seen arriving.
Many more celebrities are expected, too, including:
- Ed Sheeran - Swift said on Hits Radio Breakfast show in October when asked if Sheeran would perform at her wedding: "Oh, it would be hard to keep him from it, I think! That’s the thing, he’s like, ‘I’m always being asked to sing at weddings.’ It’s like, 'Ed, if there is a stage, you know you’ll be on it.' He knows what people want, and he wants to give people what they want."
- Zoe Kravtiz - Actor Kraviz is expected to be at the wedding, but her fiance Harry Styles is performing at Wembley on Friday and Saturday..
- Haim sisters - Este, Alana and Danielle are all close friends with Swift.
- Cara Delevingne - Page Six reports Delevingne will be attending the event.
- Suki Waterhouse - The actor and singer told Variety: "I’m gonna go to Taylor’s wedding, and maybe I’ll get some inspiration. It will be amazing."
- Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid - The pair are reportedly set to be in the bridal party, reports Fox News.
- Blake Lively - Despite their falling out, Lively has reportedly been invited as an 'olive branch' for their friendship, reports the Daily Mail.
- Jason and Kylie Kelce - Obviously.
- George and Claire Kittle - George Kittle plays for the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL.
- Kyle and Kristin Juszczyk - Kyle Juszczyk also plays for the 49ers
What's on the menu at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding?
According to Page Six, a whole load of food and ingredients were spotted being delivered to Madison Square Garden ahead of the couple’s big day, giving fans an insight into what guests might be chowing down on.
It seems that attendees are in for some fine dining as boxes containing lobster meat were seen being transported into the venue.
Swift and Kelce also appear to be big fans of chicken, with several variations of the meat - including breasts, legs, boneless and blackened - reportedly labelled on the boxes that were delivered.
Packages of French fries and thick-cut onion rings were also seen, as well as fresh produce such as red and orange peppers and romaine lettuce, along with eggs, whole milk and heavy whipping cream.
A Krispy Kreme van also reportedly pulled up to MSG, though it’s unclear whether wedding guests are being treated to an Original Glazed Dozen, as there is a doughnut store located nearby.
A source claiming to have ‘direct knowledge’ told TMZ that Swift ‘personally curated food stations’ for her nuptials, reportedly featuring ‘speciality bites’ from a number of her ‘go-to spots’.
