Timothée Chalamet made a rare comment on his relationship with Kylie Jenner as he picked up a major award last night (4 January).

The actor had quite the run in the build-up to the Christmas release of Marty Supreme, and it seems it was all worth it as people have been loving his performance as the table tennis player.

From his viral Susan Boyle moment to his iconic rap with scouser EsDeeKid, he’s now topped it all off with a win at the first of the big award shows this year.

Chalamet was awarded Best Actor at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards, nominated alongside the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke and Michael B. Jordan.

And while much of their relationship is kept private, Jenner is always by his side to support him during awards season.

The youngest sister of the Kardashian-Jenner clan sat alongside the Dune actor as the nominees were announced, sharing a kiss caught by the cameras as he was revealed as the winner.

Beginning his speech, Chalamet thanked his fellow nominees, his team and Marty Supreme director, Josh Safdie.

“I got a lot of people to thank. I don’t know if I’ll be up here again, so give me a second,” he said as he went down his list, having looked pretty surprised when his name was called out.

“Damn, I’m more nervous than I thought I’d be.”

Addressing Jenner, with the cameras panning to her, Chalamet said: “And lastly, I'll just say, thank you to my partner of three years.

“Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.”

The reality TV star could be seen mouthing ‘I love you too’ from the audience.

Chalamet and Jenner very rarely make public appearances together, with the make-up mogul seeming to turn up to support him at major events for his film work.

The pair attended the LA premiere for Marty Supreme together, kitted out in matching full orange outfits with the actor’s completed by a table tennis paddle-shaped bag.

And last night, Hacks stars Paul W. Downs and Meg Stalter went viral as they paid tribute to this – wearing replica outfits of this moment for the Critics Choice Awards.

Other major winners last night included Jessie Buckle for Best Actress for Hamnet, Adolescence for Best Limited Series and One Battle After Another for Best Picture.
