After reading that headline you're probably thinking, 'WTF is a rider?'
So, in film terms, a rider is a sort of document which details specific requests from celebrities on what they would like to have inside of their trailer.
As explained by Pytch: "This can include everything from the type of stage and lighting to the type of dressing room and catering that is provided.
"The rider is typically provided by the artist or their management team and is used to ensure that the artist's performance is set up and executed in a way that meets their expectations.

"It is important to note that while riders should be a list of reasonable and essential items, not all terms of riders are set in stone."
With all that in mind, Tom Hardy's 27-item rider was allegedly sent to the wrong person in 2023, according to a report from The Sun.
And the 48-year-old actor - who recently starred in Netflix's Havoc alongside Jessie Mei Li and Forest Whitaker - apparently insisted on having some pretty unusual items.
But instead of sending the list to a movie producer, his people were said to have fired it over to Pete Heslop, an IT worker from London.

He told the outlet that he has wrongly received around 50 riders over five years.

Well, in case you're wondering why Hardy would apparently need Jiu-Jitsu mats, it seems he got into the hobby some eight years ago.
“I was 40, so seven years ago,” he said during an interview with BJJ star Alberto Serrano Govea last year.
“And I’d trained to get big or small for a film, but on my own, you know, like very lonely, boring.
“And you just change, and it’s not good for your body and there’s no people, there’s no game you know?”
After finding the courage to give it a try, he went and visited a Jiu-Jitsu club 'at the end of my road'.
“And then, I started to enjoy the community and it gave me a level of confidence… honest confidence,” the film star said.
“Because I always (got) beaten, but that’s okay. But I kept turning up. It is really important.”
Tom Hardy's representatives did not respond to LADbible's request for comment.
