Tom Holland and Zendaya's wedding photo dump has gone crazy viral following suggestions of a marriage behind closed doors.

It all started when the Spider-Man star's hair-stylist said at the 2026 Actor Awards that 'the wedding has already happened' and that we already 'missed it'.

"It's very true," Law Roach told Access Hollywood on the red carpet.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, Zendaya's mother Claire Stoermer added fuel to the fire by sharing a clip of the interview on her story.

The former teacher from Oakland captioned it with 'the laugh...', alongside a cryptic laughing face emoji.

And just recently, a photo dump 'from the wedding' has been shared on Instagram by digital creator Juan Regueira Rodríguez.

At first glance, it looks like the celebrity couple had the dream wedding in Lake Como-type surroundings.

On further inspection, however, it seems pretty clear that the images are AI generated.

Tom Holland and Zendaya got 'm(ai)rried'?

With 10.7 million likes at the time of writing, many in the comments section were either fooled by the post, or have a great sense of sarcasm.

"Congrats, wish you all the best," one person wrote, while another added: "He finally got his MJ."

Others, meanwhile, complained that they 'can't recognise what's real and what's AI anymore'.

"There’s no way people are falling for this… AI really is a plague omg," a third penned.

"AI-generated celebrity wedding hitting ten mil likes shows fan fantasy’s powerful," someone else thought.

"People engage with fictional scenarios because real gossip’s dried up.

"That’s the algorithm feeding what people want. Culture’s shifted to speculation over facts."

Are Tom Holland and Zendaya actually married?

Short answer - we don't know.

Slightly longer answer - People magazine shared photos by A24 of what appears to be a wedding band underneath Zendaya's engagement ring on her left hand ring finger.

The pics were published in line with promotion her upcoming film, The Drama.

She is next to co-star Robert Pattinson four days after Roach said the wedding 'already happened'.

Roach also told Entertainment Tonight that night: "Y'all missed it. The wedding's over, sorry."

"She and Tom are super private about their relationship. They're trying to be as private as possible. There won't be a Vogue spread or there won't be pictures of the wedding and the people who she will invite will be really respectful of their privacy, so it will be a really beautiful dress that no one gets to see," Roach added on a May 2025 episode of Complex's Please Explain.
