People have been left shocked by Vicky Pattison's bizarre act with her dog after she shared a video on her Instagram.
The 37-year-old TV personality, who is set to appear on the upcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing, left fans feeling a little ill thanks to a brief video on social media.
Now, while it's easy to baby your dogs and treat them as your children, especially as they give you unconditional love without the need for the new games console or football boots, but as hard as it might be for some owners to hear, they are still animals.
And considering the amount of s*** they pick up off the streets, or the amount of time they spend licking their own bits, the last thing you want is their tongue going anywhere near your mouth.

The odd kiss might be ok, although one woman in Ohio did manage to lose all her limbs after letting her pet lick her, but Pattison took things to a whole new level recently, as she let her lovely labrador investigate the inside her mouth with his tongue.

In the clip, she opens her mouth like she's at the dentist and lets her dog lick inside, which is enough to make even the biggest dog lovers feel a bit nauseous.
She says: "I'm so sorry."
When the other woman admits that she does the same, Vicky adds: "You know it makes them so happy."

Well, that's a perfectly good explanation for it.
CONTENT WARNING: Really gross
Fortunately, most of Instagram agreed that it was pretty disgusting, and that they'd never consider do anything similar, and certainly not on camera.
One user wrote: "I love my dogs like my kids but nooooooo i couldn't."

Another said: "I love my dogs more than anything but after seeing them licking their bits I couldn't."
A third commented: "THAT IS FOUL - I don't understand how people let their dogs lick their face... that tongue been to horrible places."
Well, it's our own fault for having eyes and using the internet, I suppose, as you can't go five minutes online these days without seeing or reading something you wish you hadn't.
As much as we might trust our own dogs to be clean and healthy, it's never worth getting too close to an animal you don't know, and I'm not just talking about the XL bullies.
Another British woman sadly died of rabies after she was scratched by a puppy in Morocco, which just goes to show that dogs can often carry illnesses which humans might not be able to deal with.
