The iconic Channel 4 reality show that brought us hilarious moments such as the “what a sad little life, Jane”, and the man with the whisk (If you know, you know!) is looking for new contestants for their latest series, one episode of which takes place in Northern Ireland.

First aired in January 2005, the show has now racked up thousands of episodes and is still running strong. Now, the show is looking for entertaining people for its 21st series who could be in with a chance of winning the €1,100 (£1,000) cash prize.

The show involves five contestants who try to host the best dinner party. At the end of each dinner, the guest rate the party and after the last party, the host of that party gets the voting results, which they read to the other competitors. The competitor with the highest score wins €1,100 (£1,000).

A spokesperson for Multistory Media said, “We are excited to say that we are going to be coming back to Belfast for our next series and are looking for fun and confident people from Belfast and the surrounding areas who might want to take part!

“Casting has just begun, and we are ready to hear from amazing dinner party hosts in the Belfast area.

“At ‘Come Dine With Me’ we are keen to hear from all people that are interested in applying, regardless of their race, gender, or sexual orientation”.

The show has had some viral moments, and many will remember the infamous “what a sad little life, Jane.”, moment in which the host of the final party got a little more than upset about being defeated.

So, do you think you have what it takes? Five contestants in Belfast are needed who are at least 18 years old and have not been professional chefs or trained as professional chefs. (Cooking skills are not essential!)

If you want to be in with a chance to go on live TV and win the €1,100 cash prize, you can apply here or by emailing [email protected].
