Builder became porn star after friends flabbergasted by size of his penis at festival

His mates were taken aback by the size of his package

A male porn star has revealed the story of how he entered the adult entertainment industry - and it all started after his friends got an eyeful at a festival.

Danny D - who previously broke down the difference between work sex and home sex for us - was a builder at the age of 18, and was on holiday to Germany with his friends for the 2006 World Cup.

They'd decamped to a fan festival when his friend got a glimpse of his package while he was having a wee.

Apparently, Danny had absolutely no idea what a 'normal penis' looked like until one of his supportive mates showed him theirs.

He had been with a couple of women before, but thought their comments on the size of his manhood was just 'sex talk'.

The now porn star, real name Matt Hughes, then actively pursued the career as he was looking to move away from construction.

Hughes went on to become one of the big names in porn, winning several awards and appearing in several films.

But 'Danny D' revealed his entire story of getting into the industry on the Jaackmaate Happy Hour Podcast.

Danny D only became aware of his large penis because his friends saw it.

Danny said: "I was having a p***, and one of my buddies came over and sees my d*** and he’s like, 'Dude, what the f***’s wrong with your penis?'"

Not the most assuring thing you'd want to hear from a mate.

Apparently Danny's friend then ran off and told the others who told him to get his penis - which is 9.5 inches long - out for them to have a ganders.

At the time, he told them 'I’m not doing this boys, it’s a bit weird', but soon after one of his pals dropped his kecks to show him their member and announcing, 'that’s what a normal penis looks like'.

Danny went on to recall: "I’m like, ‘no, that’s not normal is it? Are you alright showing people that?'

“So I show my penis, and that was it, that was the start of the idea for the rest of the holiday, it was just ideas of what I could be doing with the rest of my life instead of being a builder."

And that was that.

He revealed the full story of how he got into porn on Jaackmaate's Happy Hour podcast.

From the age of 15 Danny had been working in construction and explained: "I did a bit of that, skirted around until I was 18 or so, and then I kind of found porn I was moonlighting between the two."

Speaking to UNILAD some time ago, Danny revealed how he got a bit of practice in first, saying: "I started going to a few swinging clubs and things like that just to see if I had the confidence or the ability to have sex in front of swingers.

"I ended up meeting a guy there who paid me to have sex with his wife. He obviously saw in my face I was amazed by it and he said 'I'll give you 150 euros every time you do that' and I literally was like 'let's go again'.

"I was 18, I could just keep going."

Speaking on LADbible's Extraordinary Lives podcast in 2023, he also revealed that he didn't like the term 'porn star', saying: "It’s a strange definition as a title."
