This week, podcaster Joe Rogan made a sensational claim that 'The Rock' is still using steroids to maintain his impressive build, following the Liver King's recent confession.
After years of denying using performance enhancing substances, The Liver King, whose real name is Brian Johnson, finally came clean - and Joe said he wants Dwayne Johnson to confess next.
"There’s not a f**king chance in hell he’s clean, not a chance in hell as big as The Rock is at 50," Joe told listeners.

“The point is you can’t even get there with HRT (hormone replacement therapy). That’s not HRT. He is so massive and he’s so different than he was when he was 30."
While Dwayne hasn't responded to Joe's accusations, The Rock actually has confessed to using steroids before - when he was a teenager.
In an interview with MTV back in 2009, the wrestler-turned-actor revealed: "I tried it," Johnson admitted. "Me and my buddies tried it back in the day when I was 18 or 19. Didn't know what we were doing."
During that time, Dwayne would have been playing college football for the University of Miami.
It wasn't until after he graduated college that Johnson launched his professional wrestling career, and by then, he had sworn off steroids.

"It's not as prevalent today in our sports as it was 10 years ago," he said.
"But we have to recognise that a culture was created where it was OK to do that, and a lot of team managers, owners, players who didn't do it would turn the other cheek. We recognise that, and now we have to institute stronger penalties, which we are doing."
Since then, Dwayne has been passionate about teaching younger athletes about the dangers of performance-enhancing drugs.
"It's a good example for kids to follow, not in terms of the use, but in terms of the repercussions of what can happen because there is no replacement for hard work."

Having maintained his massive physique well into his 50s, The Rock has been quite open about his health regime - and there isn't a steroid in sight.
All that Dwayne is relying on is a 'team of chefs and a strength and conditioning coach who figure out the precise macro count necessary to maintain his superhero physique', according to Men's Health.
