Liz Hurley fulfilled thirteen year promise to son by starring in his new erotic thriller
Liz Hurley fulfilled a promise she made 13 years ago by agreeing to appear in a new erotic thriller directed by her 21-year-old son.
Hurley has had a long and successful career, but this must certainly have been one of the stranger turns it has taken, being directed in a movie like this by her son.
Still, everyone is professional on the film set, so in reality, does it matter?
The film is called Strictly Confidential and – according to The Sun – it features a sex scene involving Hurley and another female actor, Pear Chiravara.

According to an IMDb synopsis: “A haunted young woman finds herself drawn into a world of seduction, duplicity and betrayal as she desperately tries to uncover the mystery surrounding her best friend's suicide.”
It has been directed by Damian Hurley, who first asked his mum to be in a feature film that he directed back in 2010 when he was just eight-years-old.
After the film finished up, the young writer and director shared a post on Instagram, writing: “I can’t begin to sum up how intense and wonderful the past few months have been — I’m truly blown away by the inspiring and talented people I’ve been able to work with.”
He continued: “Everyone involved deserves public declarations of adoration (all of which will come in due course) but right now I want to worship @ElizabethHurley1 who, during the making of my first ever short film back in 2010 (when I was 8 🤓) promised me she’d be in my first feature.
“True to her word, the minute this film was greenlit, Mama dropped everything and raced out to the beautiful Caribbean to help.
“Working together was a dream.”
He concluded: “This has genuinely been the most incredible experience, both professionally and personally.
“I’ve made lifelong friends and learnt many valuable lessons.”
Hurley has carved out a career for himself in both acting and modelling, getting started at a remarkably young age.
To be fair, it does presumably help if your mum is Liz Hurley.
Oh, and his godfathers are people like Hugh Grant, David Beckham, Elton John, and Denis Leary.
Must be an interesting selection of cards on his birthday.
Still, this is the 21-year-old’s first feature film, and it must have been a comfort to have his mother there, even despite the somewhat sexual content of the film.
We aren’t sure when the film will be out yet, so we’ll have to keep you posted on that front.
No doubt there will be some significant interest when the details are finally announced.
