People Think They've Spotted A Brutal Injury In Latest 'John Wick' Pictures
We've already had the new plot details for John Wick: Chapter 3 which left fans far and wide desperate to see the sequel to the popular film franchise. But we may have just taken things up a notch or two.
Because people think these pictures may show the legendary hitman's latest brutal injury.
And these are the latest pictures that have emerged showing a potential 'injury' to his ring finger.
Fans have already started formulating an explanation for this suspected injury.
One said on Reddit: "What's up with the sleeve over his ring finger? Think he gets it cut off?" Who knows, mate. You'll have to wait and see like the rest of us.
Another added: "A missing ring-finger makes catching harder." With a third chipping in: "Which would make the catch even greater?"
This is all getting a bit too much for us.
Apparently they were filming the scenes in Grand Central Terminal on Sunday night in New York City.
This is the latest picture to emerge but earlier last month we saw the first pictures from the set which were posted online meaning fans could finallllly start to get excited. Like we weren't already.
An Instagram post from the Academy Award nominated cinematographer, Dan Laustsen, revealed the set of one scene in New York's Chinatown, illuminated by neon light.
He also managed to get what looks like the back of John Wick himself, captioning the shot: "#johnwick3 #day2 #chadstahelski #keanureeves #newyork #cinematography #film".
Yes he was pretty hashtag happy.
Last time we saw the hitman that is Wick, he was on the run for his life with a huge open contract on his head. It seems as if the film will carry on from almost exactly where the last left off.
Film company Lionsgate released a promo last month at CinemaCon that gave us a basic set-up for the action we can expect in the new film.
It said: "John Wick (Keanu Reeves) is on the run for two reasons... he's being hunted for a global $14 million open contract on his life, and for breaking a central rule: taking a life on Continental Hotel grounds.
"The victim was a member of the High Table who ordered the open contract. John should have already been executed, except the Continental's manager, Winston, has given him a one-hour grace period before he's 'Excommunicado' - membership revoked, banned from all services and cut off from other members.
"John uses the service industry to stay alive as he fights and kills his way out of New York City."
And if that did nothing for you, take a look at the first pictures of Halle Berry as Sofia. The Oscar-winning actress is seen walking two dogs in a corridor that appears to be The Continental, the nerve centre for the assassins.
That's enough excitement for one evening I think.
