Let the girls see... well, each other. In an unusual twist, two girls from ITV's Take Me Out reportedly ditched their prospective male lovers and shared a kiss with each other.

The idea of the show sees one man at a time try to woo 30 girls who are stood in front of him. They go for his looks, his lifestyle, personality, and his mates, family or talent. If the girls aren't impressed then it's 'no likey, no lighty'.

Despite leaving their lights on and being selected by one of the blokes, Emily and Cara-Jane found love in a different way... with each other.

Both girls are from South East London and appeared on the show last month. Cara-Jane was hitched with barman Tommy, while Emily bagged prison officer Luke.

Yet, when their dates on the Isle of Fernandos didn't quite hit it off as they hoped, they turned to each other.

A show insider told The Sun: "Neither fancied their dates, so the two of them ended up getting frisky instead.

The source continued: "They even shared a cheeky kiss. They are gorgeous girls, so the lads were pretty gutted when they found out what happened.

"The island has seen some pretty racy action since the show began, but this was definitely a first. There's no chance of a relationship, they are just pals. It was just a bit of holiday fun for them."

Emily confirmed this by stating any relationship is 'bullshit'.

Likewise, a spokeswoman for Freemantle Media told LADbible: "Both girls deny anything happened, and from a production and logistical point of view - Emma was completely loved up with Luke during filming and for several weeks after."

Emily said her reason for going on Take Me Out was due to her going on a 'rampage' after finding out her first love had been cheating on her for a year.

She said: "I went and got my lips done, went for every modelling and TV job going, all to make myself feel better. Luckily by the timeTake Me Out got back to me I was in a much better place."

Maybe, had Paddy's favourite contestant come down the lift, the 'bullshit' story wouldn't have emerged.

Paddy recently told LADbible that his number one bloke was the butcher who came down the love lift and made sausages for the girls. As Mr McGuinness says: "If he can get a date, so can you."

Last week,Take Me Out's 'hottest contestant' came down the lift.

Geordie Ryan sent social media into panic when he came down the lift to impress the girls.
