Just bring it out now.

When thinking back on your childhood, there are a few things that are 100 percent guaranteed to spring into your mind.

The sweet taste of a Dip Dab touching your lips, the ability to turn anything into something related to WWE, and, of course, Aku Aku, the mask off Crash Bandicoot, which would mean you shouting indecipherable stuff as you crash your way through a bunch of boxes.

The latter is possibly the greatest for '90s nostalgia, and luckily it's all going to come rushing back in the form of a PS4 game.

Unfortunately we're not going to be treated to a completely new Crash game, but rather remasters of the first three games.

When it was revealed that the lovable bandicoot was making his return it was met with the same reaction that your mum would get when she told you it was Turkey Twizzlers for tea back in the day. Y'know, before Jamie Oliver destroyed dreams.

Since the announcement, Vicarious Visions, the developers behind the remaster, have kept quiet about anything else happening. However, this is 2016, and it's not easy to keep a secret with everyone lurking on the internet.

Finnish retailer VPD.fi seemingly accidentally revealed the cover art as well as the release date.

According to the retailer, the highly-anticipated game will drop on February 28, which is the same day another PlayStation exclusive is released in the form of Horizon: Zero Dawn.

A Brazilian retailer did the same as its Finnish equivalent in the same week, and the listings were also 'leaked' on Reddit.

There's no official confirmation as of yet, but I'm sure we're all in the same boat of "just release it now".
