I'm A Celeb viewers are taking to social media in disbelief over the level of chill Owen Warner exhibited in his Bushtucker trial.

Prepare to squeal when, like Owen exclaims, you 'see the size of' this:

Today, Sunday 27 November, Owen Warner took part in the Bushtucker eating challenge in a fight to take home the crown in this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.

The Hollyoaks star is up against controversial former British health secretary Matt Hancock and Lioness Jill Scott in the final three.

For his Bushtucker trial, the 23-year-old actor was set the task of sitting down and tucking into a few jungle tapas.

Ant told the actor: "This is the Bushtucker Bonanza. It's the eating trial. You're going to be presented with five dishes, you must eat the dish as instructed in order to win the five stars on offer. The first three stars are for your three main courses. The fourth is for your drink and the fifth is for your treat."

First, Owen was faced with a fermented duck egg.

While the smell - let alone the taste - would have most of us retching, the mouldy egg was no match for Owen, who bit into it as if he were munching on a fresh and juicy apple.

Viewers have since flocked to social media in utter shock over the actor's nonchalance.

One wrote: "OWEN DID NOT JUST SAY FERMENTED EGG IS DECENT."

"Owen are you for real lmao," another wrote.

Next up on the menu was a worm, scorpion and later a camel's eye and testicle.

Oh, and if that wasn't bad enough, his five course meal was topped off with a bull's penis.

Once more, the worm went down the hatch without even a flinch - 'a piece of spaghetti' according to Owen.

The camel's eye, testicle and bull's penis were a bit harder to stomach, but Owen simply looked more fascinated by what the inside of the penis looked like, rather than being disgusted at having to put it in his mouth.

Viewers were left in stitches by Owen's calm and collected approach to the challenge - easily conquering each dish and barely batting an eyelid.

"Owen is eating that like it's nothing. I'm just sat here and already gagging," one viewer tweeted.

Another said: "Owen wasn't joking when he said he'd enjoy an eating trial. The man can eat literally anything."

After successfully completely the challenge, Owen reflected to Ant and Dec: "The best I'd say definitely the egg. I'd have that again. The worst definitely the eyeball, because it pops."

As Owen previously said himself, 'all [he's] done since [he's] been here' is 'talk about food' - so he had the eating trial coming. But will it be enough to push him over the line to becoming King of the Jungle 2022?
