Jameela Jamil wanted She-Hulk to punch her in the p*ssy

Jameela Jamil wanted She-Hulk to punch her in the p*ssy

Jameela Jamil, who plays Titania in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, wanted her character to be punched below the belt - but Marvel weren't keen.

Jameela Jamil has revealed she wanted She-Hulk to punch her in the ‘p***y’ in the hit Disney+ series of the same name, saying she ended up in a ‘dispute’ with Marvel about the idea.

Rather unsurprisingly, the scene never made it into the final cut... but was filmed. Watch the clip as she speaks about the scene on Jimmy Kimmel Live here:

Jamil, 36, features in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law as Titania, a 'social media influencer' who has incredible strength.

In the first episode of the new series, we see her smash through the wall of a courtroom before a fight breaks out between her and the titular green heroine.

At one point, Titania comes flying towards She-Hulk, who ends up punching her in the stomach, sending her crashing into the side of the room.

However, according to Jamil, there was another idea for the sequence – one which involved She-Hulk punching her opponent somewhere a bit more, ahem, below the belt.

Speaking to guest host Nikki Glaser on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Jamil explained: "I felt, we have seen so many men kicked in the balls on television for such a long time. We've never seen a woman just socked right in the ‘vagine’.

"And I believe in equality. So, therefore, I wanted, I begged for, I can't believe they're so cool. They let me give them the take of what it would look like if She-Hulk punched me in the p****."

Jamil even shared the unaired version of the scene, before adding: "I think we can all agree, thank god I am not in charge of editing Marvel. They made the right decision."

When Glaser asked how her vagina was after filming, Jamil replied: “She's fine. She's strong. She's the real She-Hulk.”

Glaser then joked: "Don’t make it angry!"

The actor has previously admitted to suffering a fairly NSFW injury while filming the show, having gone all in on the stunt training by learning jiu jitsu, kung fu and combat in the air.

And while it's paid off for her character, the strenuous preparation didn't come without its consequences.

Speaking to ET on the red carpet at the premiere for the MCU show earlier this month, Jamil recalled pulling a muscle where the sun don't shine.

"I was hurting in place that I really didn't know exists," she explained.

"Like, you'll probably have to bleep this out, but I pulled a muscle in my a******. I didn't know that was possible."

Jamil added: "I don't know how much of it ever gets to make it to the big screen because CGI is bonkers.

"But I got to do all my stunts pretty much myself. And that was something I've never done before because I'm the ultimate couch potato. I am just a puddle with bangs."

The star also elaborated on why she hopes people will 'love to hate' her character in the show, saying Titania's just 'so annoying'.

"She's just the messiest b**** in the MCU and I love that about her," Jamil joked.

"She's just very insecure, and that's where all of her badness comes from, is her deep need for love and attention."
