Are Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper Playing A Secret Set At Glastonbury?
Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper fans could be in for a treat at Glastonbury Festival this year. If radio DJ, Edith Bowman is to believed, the 'A Star Is Born' stars could be performing as a duet on The Park Stage. As with all surprise acts though, the story is shrouded in secrecy with festival organiser, Emily Eavis, taking to Twitter to shut down the rumours.
Before this one gets out of control... the answer is no, that isn't happening. (Although you can watch the amazing A Star Is Born in our Pilton Palais cinema tent at 4.30pm on Friday.) https://t.co/vUovpJAZuM

Here at LADbible though, we believe that there's no smoke without fire, and her response only adds to the intrigue.
Edith dropped the bombshell on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch, stating:
"I may know one [surprise act], I can't possibly say." She said before swiftly spilling the beans:
"On my podcast I had Bradley Cooper talking about A Star is Born, and when I spoke to him I was like 'I just want to see you guys do a gig, you know play it live.
"He was like 'well we have been talking to Nick (Dewey) and Emily Eavis about it, we'd do the Park Stage and I said 'that would be amazing!' Bradley Cooper and Gaga doing the Park Stage"
Glastonbury is synonymous with some of the best secret sets in music history. Who could forget Franz Ferdinand's frontman Alex Kapranos shouting 'surprise' at an animated audience in The Park Stage back in 2008? Or the time Jack White strutted on stage with The Last Shadow Puppets to perform a cover of Bill Fury's 'Wondrous Place' the very same year?
Lady Gaga herself is no stranger to secret sets at Worthy Farm. In 2009, she rocked up to the Shangri-La venue Club Dada unannounced to perform in front of 400 lucky fans just hours after making her Glastonbury debut.
In more recent times, The Killers tore up the stage in 2017 on a night which will be remembered as one of the most explosive secret sets ever.
Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga have become close friends since their Oscar-winning flick and it's been reported that the pair are constantly in touch after his split from Irina. Sources do suggest that their relationship isn't romantic however. An inside source told The Sun:
"There's no way Gaga and Bradley will get together.
Not now - they're really good friends and still speak all the time, but it's not his style to jump into another relationship straight away. Especially after all the rumours about them during A Star Is Born. He wouldn't do that."
Despite Emily Eavis trying to pour cold water all over the rumours about the secret set, we've decided to do a bit of detective work ourselves in the office. It does appear that there's a vacant slot over at The Park Stage at 18:15 on the Saturday and those in the know here are quietly confident that their secret show will go ahead.
