Jake Paul has been offered something most boxers could only dream of after three professional fights.

The YouTuber-cum-boxer has been given the chance to participate in a world title fight, but it comes with a pretty hefty condition.

If he wins, Paul would become the world cruiserweight champion. If he loses, he has to promise to leave boxing forever.

Kalle & Nisse Sauerland, the promoter of current champion Mairis Briedis, has made the unique and incredible offer on Twitter and it would be a tough one to turn down.

"Hey Jake Paul - happy to arrange you taking a shot at Mairis Briedis' belts, only condition if you lose you have to leave boxing... Deal?" they wrote on the social media site.

Paul is currently 3-0 however hasn't yet fought an actual boxer in the ring. He's previously taken on fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib, former NBA champion Nate Robinson and former MMA fighter Ben Askren.

They were all impressive victories, but this would be first time Paul has taken on an experienced boxer if he were to accept Sauerland's offer.

While the YouTuber's 3-0 record is impressive for a newcomer, he would be going up against Briedis' 24-1 record.

People on Twitter have pointed out the first major hurdle in organising a world title fight: Jake Paul doesn't have a professional boxing ranking.

While his last three fights have all been technically professional in the sense it was officiated properly, upheld the standards and rules of a normal boxing fight and occurred in a fancy looking ring, it didn't register on the World Boxing Rankings.

Paul would have to be registered and then he'd be able to take on Mairis in a bout that would no doubt be watched all around the world.

While that offer is mulled over in the Paul camp, Jake is looking for his next opponent to make him millions.

Talks are reportedly underway for the 24-year-old to take on a crossover fight with MMA star Dillon Danis or UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman.

In the meantime, we can all look forward to watching his brother Logan take on Floyd Mayweather in an absolutely outrageous showdown in Miami on June 6.

Logan's 0-1 record will be on show when he battles Mayweather aka the undefeated boxer with 50-0 record.
