Logan Paul Will Run For US President In 2032 And Has A Job For Brother Jake

YouTuber turned boxer Logan Paul has his 10-year plan all sorted out.

His eyes are set on the top job, revealing he hopes to run for US president in 2032.

They say if you shoot for the moon, you'll land amongst the stars, right?

Paul sat down with The Wall Street Journal to reveal what he plans to do with his social media stardom.

"I, Logan Paul, will be running for president in 2032," the 27-year-old boxer said.

The 2032 election is a decade (and three US elections) away.

He's clearly given it some thought, despite all the knocks he's undoubtedly taken to the head during his recent foray into boxing.

The minimum age to run for the US presidency is 35, which puts Paul just within the age bracket by 2032.

Oh, and he has a job in mind for his younger brother Jake.

When asked by the Journal about where Jake fits into his aspiration, Logan immediately replied: "Secretary of Defence."

There you go; it's so straightforward it’s almost obvious.

But this isn’t the first time the boxer has discussed his leadership aspirations. He discussed them at length during an episode of The MMA Hour podcast back in March.

"I know it sounds fucking absurd but dude, I’m 26 years old, I haven’t even had the chance to mature in my adult life for a decade," he said.

"I’ve been learning and experiencing and just absorbing knowledge for the past eight years, ever since I moved to LA.

"I’m 26, I’ll be eligible to be president when I’m 35. That gives me nine more years to become the best version of myself possible, to just learn as much as I can about people, culture, society, where we fall short, where we’re strong."

The YouTuber-turned-boxer then spoke about himself taking the USA's top job.

"I just think I’d be a good leader one day. And I think the presidential spot needs a bit of a fresh take, if you will," he mused.

"I think the country could use a person who’s a little bit more nuanced, a little bit more innovative and a little bit more authentic. I think a lot of politicians fall short."

Well, there you have it.

Who knows how YouTube stardom and bouts in the boxing ring will shape him as a world leader, but we have 10 years to watch, wait, and find out.
