Logan Paul has disagreed with Jake over his comments about Super Bowl halftime performer Bad Bunny.
On Sunday (8 February), the Puerto Rican singer, real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, took to the halftime stage to deliver a performance full of surprises, like one or two celebrity guests.
While many praised the 'insanely good' 14-minute set as he promoted a message of American unity, it wasn't without its detractors, however, namely President Donald Trump, who took to Truth Social to share his thoughts and clearly wasn't having a good time.
Another public figure who also shared their criticism of Bad Bunny's performance was Jake Paul, who took to X to air his grievances, saying he was 'turning off' the show.

"Purposefully turning off the halftime show," the YouTuber-turned-boxer wrote on X. "Let’s rally together and show big corporations they can’t just do whatever they want without consequences.

"(Which equals viewership for them) You are their benefit. Realise you have power. Turn off this halftime. A fake American citizen performing who publicly hates America. I cannot support that."
According to Realtor, Paul lives in a £11 million mansion in Dorado, Puerto Rico, after he and Logan moved in 2021, and he'd previously shown off his home on his channel in 2024.
In an interview with Graham Besinger in 2024, the 30-year-old said the 'tax incentive program' in Puerto Rico was 'great', adding that he'd gone from paying 50 to 4 per cent in taxes.
"I love my brother but I don’t agree with this," Logan replied to his tweet. "Puerto Ricans are Americans and I’m happy they were given the opportunity to showcase the talent that comes from the island."
Puerto Ricans are American citizens, but they do not have the same rights as citizens in the 50 states because Puerto Rico is a territory, not a state.

Residents on the island aren't able to vote in presidential elections and have no voting representation in Congress.
The 31-year-old, who was the world's most-played artist on Spotify last year, became the first musician to perform entirely in Spanish at a Super Bowl halftime show.
It was expected that Bad Bunny, who wasn't paid for his Super Bowl appearance, would use it as an opportunity to make a political statement; instead, the 'MONACO' hitmaker made it more about unity.
The only line he said in English was 'God bless America', paired with a billboard that read: "The only thing more powerful than hate is love."
